Positive experience: The gym is very good, but the woman working at the men reception specially "Joyce," is very rude, completely no respect and manners.

Fantastic experience: Started doing EMS classes and strength training with Silvana. She is by far one of the most motivating, supportive and positive coaches I’ve had. Never runs out of advice and wants the best for her clients. The gym itself us super clean, with loads of equipment and quality machines, plenty of classes to choose from, and over all a pretty good vibe of people who are there to push themselves. Looking forward to every session, coached, in a class, or alone!

Positive experience: I am happy at this gym. It provides all the facilities that it requires at a clean and comfortable environment. However, the music that’s being played is not up to standard. It would be better that the songs are more for a gym environment and less feminine, at least in the men’s section. I feel when I forget my AirPods, I think twice before going. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and this can be taken into action.

Fantastic experience: It’s spacious with lots of equipments and unlimited classes to join as you desire .. the good thing about it also, it has a private entrance so ladies does not require passing through the center .. staff are great .. clean .. no bad odor which other gyms lack .. showers, lockers, blow dryers hair straightener all available for use bodu and totally clean I recommend it “Sevda” is my trainer .. their is a lot to say about this lady .. she’s one of the most talented experienced trainers which will tailor your program as you demand .. she would follow up, push you, keep track of your progress study the shape of your body will reshape your body to your dream body .. her experience of 8+ years exceeded my expectations and I signed for it coz I know my life had changed to the best after I started the pt sessions with her .. if you want to get results she’s the right one for you .. I highly recommend her to anyone who would want to lose weight or get toned or build muscles.. she’s everything for me know ..

Fantastic experience: In just 48 hours at this Dubai gym, I found a powerlifter’s dream. The equipment—ranging from competition-grade barbells to heavy-duty racks—was exceptional. Its industrial vibe and the focus on serious lifting over aesthetics created an unmistakably masculine atmosphere. The community, though my interactions were brief, seemed supportive and passionate about strength. Even in a short visit, the gym stood out as a prime spot for anyone dedicated to the art of powerlifting.

Positive experience: It's a Decent average place to get your workouts in. Has everything you need. And nothing extra.. Staff are nice. Place is clean. Lots of parking.. Good average gym.

Positive experience: This is a great gym to go to, its close to my house and I have been going there often. The equipments are great and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I dislike about this gym is how they put the air conditioning on blast and it is super cold inside. I have complaint about this so many times and nothing has changed until now. Sweating in a cold space is not a good idea because it can make you ill. And now I have a cold for this reason exactly. I hope they fix this situation because I would like to keep going. But its not nice when your feedback has not been taken into consideration.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 3 months that I have joined the gym and it’s a really friendly environment and I have started my trial trainer session with coach rahaf she was amazing and she showed me everything clearly and this motivated me how ever I started joining classes at the gym with coach rahaf which are really fun and that made me feel sooo powerful and I have decided to renew my membership as well

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love going here… you can workout in peace as the gym is so spacious it doesn’t seem crowded at all even during peak hours. And it is very well maintained… there’s someone constantly cleaning inside and even in the changing rooms. Equipment - is modern and always in good working condition and constantly cleaned and wiped. Changing rooms - clean and large with plenty of lockers. The ladies changing room has hair dryers for straight n curly hair which I appreciate a curly girl. Support Staff - is friendly and welcoming always and do a great job of keeping the place spotless Trainers - are knowledgeable and dedicated. I workout with Silva and she’s awesome - she understands my body and pushes me to work harder. Absolutely love here!

Positive experience: I think the gym is fine. It has a lot of machines but very little machines for back, which is disappointing considering the amount of machines present. The dumbbells are also very weird, the small dumbbells grip handle is huge and just feels uncomfortable to hold. Also, the benches are tiny, I'm 6'0 and my head almost sticks out when I lay on the bench. The environment of the gym is fairly nice, friendly and approachable staff but honestly for the amount you pay there are other gyms out there with better value.

Fantastic experience: I join to warehouse because Coach Jennifer is there, she’s the most professional I meet recommend of my friends & my untie, easy to ask and easy to approach. Teaching you points to points having a long patent in clients, you have session or not she’s helping you.I love her way of coaching. The gym is amazing the staff are friendly.The gym floor, washroom are clean.It’s just hot the AC need to fixed.

Fantastic experience: Very large ladies section which is not common in Dubai for mixed gyms. High quality equipment and my trainer Sevda is excellent for strength training. Very pleased with my results so far and I love coming here as the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Overall, a very clean setting and well maintained.

I love my coach Jennifer recommended of my friend, here way of training is unique so many coaches I tried in my life but she is the best I loose weight and tone up I gain streght. Here teaching me points to points of the exercise she explained why I’m doing it and what muscles is work. Her smile is so good the energy she have Mashallah amazing. She’s giving me extra workout that I can do if I cannot come to the gym, very past to reply for questions. Very I highly recommend here to any of my relatives and friends. Fantastic experience: Hands down this is one of the best gyms I have been in 6 years of my life. Been a loyal customer of Fitness First for more than 6 years, I was hesitant to try a new place. Coming to this branch, I shall be extremely honest- this place is super hygienic, the music is really good and the equipments are world class. Not to forget the team that handles this branch especially Nissi and Rachel who made my sail smooth in joining the gym, this place is a must go to gym for anyone who is looking to up their game. Keep up the good work guys

Positive experience: I’ve been going to the ladies gym for almost two years ever since it was first launched, however I feel like i’m spending way too much & not getting the returns i’d like. The lack of machines as well as their age & quality is not great at all. Also, the ridiculous membership prices are becoming a dealbreaker. It would be great if they could start offering more discounts for loyal & consistent members & lower membership prices in general. I gave it 3 stars just because my coach Jen is still there, if she wasn’t I would’ve revoked my membership a long time ago, there are plenty of other gyms that offer half the membership price with great quality machines & knowledgeable/helpful trainers.

Positive experience: I decided to go for 12 private sessions it cost me AED 4199; including a subscription of AED 734 for one month (which is the the duration of the sessions to use the gym facilities)! So for those looking for value for money look elsewhere. I never the less was pursuing an experienced trainer to fix a slouching back, build stamina and avoid and address a lower back pain problem I've had for a year now. I also hate to train at certain times of the day, so convenience plays a role, that and the fact that the gym is 11 minutes away grom my home by car. So money was less of an issue to me personally, than expertise of the trainer, and I got a very good trainer who is addressing issues systematically and so far so good. Another good point of this gym is that it is on a huge (Warehouse sized) open area, making the risk of catching COVID-19 less likely especially at the time I chose due to workout machines being distanced reasonably from each other.

Fantastic experience: Warehouse Gym has proven in the past few years that it is one of the best gyms in Dubai, in terms of quality of trainers & employees.also the different atmosphere in each branch. I wanna highlight my personal experience with the management. There are no priors between them and members, they take the initiative to solve any issue no matter what. Indeed, Warehouse is classified as a luxury and high class gym.
