Negative experience: WORSE GYM IN DUBAI !!! They dont care about your experience in the gym all they care about is GETTING THEIR MONEY When joining .. I’ve been facing an issue its been weeks no one contacted me!!! No solution.. the toilets are smells the equipments are old and half of them are not working their employees are not helpful SINCE DAY ONE IM HAVING AN ISSUE TILL TODAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPLAINED TO YOU WHEN JOINING

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym. I’ve been trying to get a refund for some time now, but despite multiple requests, it still hasn't been processed. Each time I ask to speak with a manager to resolve this, my request is denied, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. This lack of transparency and accountability has made what should have been a straightforward process incredibly stressful. I expected much better service and support from your gym and hope they take this feedback seriously for future improvement.
Negative experience: Old equipments and dumbbells also 80% of the treadmill damaged and not working well High price for old gym unfortunately comparing to other good gym
Fantastic experience: My experience is great at this gym. My PT is Daisy and she is the best, her energy is outstanding and the program she is providing is helping me a lot in my fitness journey. The classes are so good too. Overall I recommend it.
Fantastic experience: The best PT you will ever have is Lieza ❤️❤️❤️ I started with her since 2015 in this gym and reunited back with her now here ,, I love that she understands my body very well and what’s my power level in exercising,, I can easily loose weight with her and see the difference in few months,, even with my new health issues she still can manage to make me loose weight easily.. Fitness 360 after the maintenance became bigger and only for ladies, there are more equipments and machines,, it’s very clean gym. *Please, if you hesitate about joining because of the bad reviews I advise you to visit the gym and take a look and ask about everything you like
Fantastic experience: My coach Sherelyn is very excellent and very supportive, she focuses a lot on my exercises and encourages me to continue with sports. I highly recommend her!
Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all the instructors in the gym one by one for their amazing efforts done with all trainers, Leiza, Sherry and Daisy, they are more than amazing, appreciate their efforts with us. Classes are awesome thank you fitness 360 team for everything

Fantastic experience: I started my journey at Fitness 360 Arabian Center 2016 with PT Lieza from overweight I am active and maintain healthy lifestyle even I have knee problem and operation. I come with her until now even 8years I’m still with her. And coming back again Arabian Center. PT there so kind and caring. Pushing all PT even stoping in the gym.
Negative experience: Please avoid this gym at all costs! They lure clients in with false information! I was told that the difference between premium and normal membership is the shower area then when I try to book my class session they said No u have to pay 600 extra (mind you when I joined I was able to attend the sessions without hassle then suddenly access has been revoked saying those are paid sessions) I have raised multiple complaints and no manager has reverted back or said anything. Seems this is sadly what they do. The Sales lady (whose name I won’t mention) has told me herself & and I quote “I didn’t tell you about this and it’s my mistake” and yet they are making me pay the difference. They are very quick to take your money and the way they deal with complaints is very very disappointing. It’s no wonder this gym is not as good as the rest. I am still awaiting “the mangers call”. I expect action to be taken too and to be refunded as well. Unprofessional! Even one star is not worth it.
Negative experience: الاداره سيئه و نصابين ، وقت الاشتراك عطوني عرض 3 شهور و شهر مجاني ، ومن خلص الشهر الثالث قالو لازم اشتراك جديد و ماعندنا هالعرض ، و فالبدايه يحاولون يقنعونكم لازم تاخذون مدربات خاصه و اذا ما وافقتي يعاملونكم معامله خايسه و ما يتعاونون معاكم في شرح استخدام الاجهزه ، كل المدربات غير متعاونات ، والاسعار رفعوها على انه غيرو فااجيم و احنا لنا 3 شهور ما شفنا اي تغيير

Negative experience: The worst gym ever I don't recommend to anyone to participate in this gym I paid for 3 months full package (machines and classes) After 1 month they informed I can't enter some classes unless i pay 500 dhs extra because they changed the policy then I told it is not accepted .because if u want to apply a new policy should be for the new members only .they told for old members and new members as well . I complained in customer rights and waiting for their reply So plesse save your money and donot be a membership in that gym which doesn't have a good management

Negative experience: before coming back to the gym i asked them if they accept freelancers and they said yes so i had a membership for 3 months, then when its about to expire to convinced me to do 1 year membership and i did! after 2 months without further notice they kicked my coach without telling her that they don’t accept freelancers anymore how unprofessional and rude! when i asked for refund the manager kept saying that are you sure you want to leave because we will increase the membership more and we will open a saloon! is this a good answer to the client who's asking for refund??? i had to look for another gym and paid for membership again! and now it’s been 3 weeks since this happened and no one is giving me clear answers for the refund!!!! please hire someone is more professional and helpful :) please consider this as complaint and hopefully someone do expedites the process of the refund!

Negative experience: Being a member i have suffered by the staffs being not clear by not giving me correct information at the time of membership. Some staffs are very rude and not trustworthy and the Manager's behavior with me was a disaster while me requesting her politely she was just disagree with my request insulted me by asking if i have been to any gym ever in my life by giving me examples of Gold Gym Fitness First and etc etc... I hope my review will be checked by HR and i am really willing to clear their doubts if contacted me..

Positive experience: An OK medium sized neighborhood gym. The equipment isn't very new, there's no labels on any of the dumbbells so you just need to guess. But the staff are friendly and it's relatively clean. There's no group classes except for females which is disappointing if you enjoy a good group cardio
