Negative experience: I became a member of UFC gym in October 2023 - at first all was good, but after purchasing PT sessions which was worth around 7k for 16 classes here is where I got really disappointed with the gym. The trainer had promised deliveries and coaching however I haven’t seen that. The trainer is always unavailable, cancelling classes very last minute, doesn’t reply back to messages (replies the next day). This made me very demotivated to go to this gym. The team there will try to convince you to buy PT packages but please do not go for it as it’s not worth it at all. I have started with a freelancer who takes 1.5k for 12 sessions per month and I’m seeing great results. I have reported to the management but they just called once when I couldn’t answer the call and haven’t done anything about this matter.

Negative experience: Since I registered in the gym (Sep) I informed the ladies In reception that I wanted my last month in (Dec) and they promised me to cancel my membership in Dec. Just I need to have 2 or 3 bills so I can cancel. Each month I’m coming I just informed them that in Dec I will cancel. Which is already the first payment of the month I paid and the last payment at the same time. I came in last of Nov to cancel. She informed me no I can’t cancel it u need to come from (the 1st to the 15th) to cancel not the end of the month (THIS WHICH I SURPRISED because they weren’t TOLD!!) She wants me to pay for an extra month which I will not be in UAE. They are trying to change what they are saying! 1- Bad customer service. 2- Worst payment policy. ما انصح حد يسجل ف الجيم عندهم، سياستهم بالدفع جدًا تعبانه ولا انصح فيها لان يخصمون من البطاقة وفي حاله الغاء الاشتراك ما يساعدون ويغيرون كلامهم وايد ومب واضحين بخصوص الالغاء ويحاولون يسولفون وياكم عشان تنسون سالفة الالغاء. فالبداية الكل يرحب ويسلم ويبتسم ووقت الالغاء كأنه ماكلين حلالهم. ع العموم ان كان في شي ايجابي ف بيكون نظافة الجم والمعدات. الكستمر سيرفز سيء

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean gym, experienced coaches; currently taking classes with Coach Amanda who I highly recommend - she is very friendly, knowledgeable about what is needed for good progress and accommodating to preferred times

Negative experience: *not using my real name* I came to try out the gym because it seemed very promising. Lovely and sweet staff, clean gym and located in a nice area. My issue though was how small the MMA section is (only two people at a time while others Watch apparently). The gym also doesn’t have any natural light nor does it have a large bathroom area. When I went to ask about the promotion, the post was a bit misleading causing me not to get a membership. The gym isn’t spacious or bright. The girl went quiet when I kept sharing my disappointment in the social post (she Probabaly knew I was right). I would say the price would be worth it if the gym was as big as fit and glam also in Mirdif, or if the MMA area was bigger and allowed to fit more than 2 people but no it’s not worth it to me

Fantastic experience: Really glad they opened a ladies only UFC gym around the neighborhood! 1. the location is new and easily accessible. 2. the gym is nice has the essential equipment and much spacious than other “ladies gym (which is just a tiny room)”, not to mention the cleanliness/sanitation of the place. 3. They offer various classes from pop Pilates to self defense both which I find interesting. 4. Lastly worth mentioning is the BJJ classes, coach Amanda is funny, experienced, and professional, she makes learning jujitsu enjoyable :) Overall a wholesome experience ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love going there, great place to help stay in shape and lose weight. Constantly motivated to keep going all thanks to the greatest coach Sadaf , her personal training sessions are full with great workouts and proven results.

Fantastic experience: This only ladies gym has good facilities, top equipment and great environment. They've got tons of group classes as well. It is super clean and comfortable gym for everyone to train at. The staff are very friendly & helpful as well. I also want to note that Sadaf is a fabulous personal trainer, just the right combination of push and encouragement. She is truly an excellent PT, so skilled, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with & talk to. She works with the whole person - mentally, emotionally and physically. Would highly recommend her!

Positive experience: I was hesitant to join this gym but i am glad i did, the gym is clean and constantly sanitized, the variety of classes are amazing, I especially love the boxing class. the staff and coaches are very friendly , especially Bianca as she made me feel welcomed and at home, the location is also good with plenty of parking space even at rush hour. 10/10 recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: UFC Gym is THE gym. It just all what you would need in a gym. 1. Friendly understanding staff. 2. Very Knowledgeable and understanding coaches. 3. Very advanced equipments with built in exercises and routines to your preference. 4. A very wide range of classes to your liking. 5. A clean, well maintained place. It basically satisfies all the points I would want covered by the gym, and I love going there.

I love the classes, they have variety of classes such as boxing, zumba and self defense too. I will highly recommend this gym to my friends and family. I feel motivated and at home in UFC.

Fantastic experience: I am a new joiner to the gym almost 2 weeks, however, this is the first time I really enjoy exercising with the variety of classes that they offer such as boxing, self defense, zomba and other classes. Also, the environment is very cozy and the staff’s are really friendly. The masterpiece of this gym is the trainers, our mentors our coaches Sadaf / Amanda / Madeleine and many more, thank you for making our classes more fun. Coach Sadaf hats up for always taking care of us, guiding us and giving us great advices, it will always be a pleasure to be your student

Fantastic experience: I am currently enrolled in UFC GYM Mirdif Hills. I must say it was the wisest decision to start my healthy lifestyle journey with them. Especially when I met Coach Rana. She was indeed persistent and determined in planning my trainings towards my goal of becoming a strong woman and physically fit which is applicable to my current job. She taught me: consistency and patience will definitely help me reach my goal. And the environment this gym offers just does not limit from a normal working out ambiance but a buoyantly-cheerful feel from the moment you enter the gym until you leave.

Fantastic experience: I have been in this gym for a month, time passes quickly in this place because it is very fun, especially the classes. There is a beautiful diversity that suits everyone's tastes. I learned the sport of boxing and enjoyed it, and also gained fitness and muscle. Of course, I recommend joining this club.
