Don’t be fooled by her warm smile and gentle nature because she takes Pilates very seriously! And she will have you intensely challenging your body!However with her persistent encouragement and precise instructions you can manage to achieve even the most difficult moves I’ve tried aerial and reformer Pilates with her and will be booking more classes in the future.✌

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Anaat Yoga&pilates studio, and I would like to share my experience with you.From the moment I stepped into the studio, I could sense a welcoming and serene atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The instructor leading my classes, Hala, was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and had a deep understanding of Pilates principles and techniques. The studio was impeccably clean, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The equipment, from the Pilates reformers to the mats and props, was in excellent condition and well-maintained. I wholeheartedly recommend Anaat Yoga & Pilates studio to anyone seeking to explore Pilates or enhance their fitness journey.

Positive experience: The class with Ms Rose was really good and she's really helpful, even though we're in a group class she tries to make sure that she can assist everyone. It is my first time and felt really dizzy during class, she was very caring. However I felt a little uncomfortable since I was still dizzy after our class and we need to leave the room right away since one instructor suddenly came inside our room.
