Fantastic experience: I had my first cycling class at Motion with Alice, and it was amazing. Her energy and motivation kept everyone engaged and pushed us to do our best. The music was perfectly synced to the ride, adding to the excitement and making the time fly by. The class was fun, challenging, and left me feeling energized and accomplished. Highly recommend! And on your way out, you must try their matcha shake.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for the best spin class in town you got yourself the right place. Great vibes, good music, amazing instructors! Can I just add they serve the best berries protein smoothie ever! & their slogan became my mantra “Make it Happen” cause we do!

Fantastic experience: Motion is a community, a family of different individuals who decided to come together and change something about their lives. The studio, staff, class timings and even members are all amazing. My favorite classes are Tuesdays 6:45 pm (The Challenge with Maitha) and Saturdays 10 am (with Maitha) and Sundays 10 am (with Alice). The Challenge with Maitha offers me an opportunity to push myself every class - I LOVE IT!

Fantastic experience: Been a few times to Catalina’s class. Amazing - she’s so encouraging/ music is super good if you love reggaeton bc she’ll slide some in there. They provide towels and cold water - everything is well-thought out right down to the details. Would say that the Scheinn bikes have a bit of a loose shoe-clip feel so they’re a bit wobbly and confusing to clip in at first but there’s always someone to help you!

Fantastic experience: Update: 50 rides later and I am only impressed by the conviviality of this place and the staff who work there! Updates are in +/- below. • Very convivial place. + I still agree! • Extremely friendly and accommodating yet professional staff. +It impresses me to realise they know each member's cycle's dimensions and preferences by heart when members themselves might forget sometimes! • Great beverage and snack listings. +Yes, and only improving. The matcha shake addition is amazing! • High hygiene standards. +Yes, still high! • Clean towels all the time. +Yes, still smelling roses! • The availability of pharmaceutical skin care in the changing room is a plus that makes it up for the missing WC on site (it’s few steps away but outside the studio, slightly inconvenient for some of us). +Yes, the addition of the local range of skin care is very appreciated! • Plentiful and free secured parking spots. +Yes, more users are noticed because the building is expanding their activities but there are 4 basements to accommodate everyone so far! • Would love to see digital monitors / spinning computers attached to those sturdy cycles. • The provision of water bottles is a very hospitable gesture, that said, it would be amazing if more sustainable practices are encouraged like carrying own reusable bottle. -With the increasing awareness about this topic, I suggest Motion stops offering free plastic water bottles. • Additional: the candles are found to be harmful to the health, I suggest the use of LED candles (healthier and more economic). Otherwise, 7 ⭐️ + 7 stars and a half deserved!!

Fantastic experience: body and soul workout. You’ll feel amazing after the ride, the vibe is out of this world. Instructors are professional and they push you to do your best. Dance your heart out and you’ll burn at least 400 calories!
