Fantastic experience: Very well presented and welcoming. The receptionist is a very lovely person with a loving smile. Help us to get what we wanted, and she was very helpful. As an English speaking person , it's good to know a place with somebody like her. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience: The ambience is great, staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is in a prime location (right opposite barsha pond park) there is free parking facility. They have certified GX instructors and PTs. Timings are perfect 6 am to 12 mn (monday to saturday) 9 am to 10 pm (sundays and public holidays)

Fantastic experience: Gold Gym Al barsha mall is excellent service and friendly staff. Also I want to commend the receptionist name is Christin who assisted me. She was very helpful and gave me everything I want when I inquired. He was approachable and attentive. This branch has not crowded and the instructor is nice.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym with my daughters , there were some issues that I was trying to solve for weeks and it wasn’t done until Mr Rajiv assisted us and in less than a day it was resolved . Mr Rajiv was extremely helpful and professional. It was pleasant dealing with him.

Fantastic experience: This is a gym that you can have a good experience. There is a separate area for ladies as well.. it includes cycling studio, Sauna and all the things that should be in a gym. It's beneficial with the free parking inside the mall. The trainers are well experienced. They had some bad time but they are trying hard to recover well enough. Members has to take care to re-rack the weights and dumbbells without blaming the staff. Everything perfect to me and I wish they will improve more.. I wish the team all the very best ❤️❤️

Positive experience: Nice gym which kills only your fat and not your wallet. I wish the trainers would work though. You will not see a single trainer giving free advice or helping people work out here. Even if someone is visibly doing wrong they wont intervene. Its as if they will talk only if you pay them. This is something very bad about the gym. Apart from the trainers part the gym itself is nice. The equipment are well maintained and almost all equipment are there. Free parking is easily available in the mall.

Positive experience: This gym used to be best gold branch in DUBAI. Long time haven't been here, however when I used it today the gym was dusty like no one cleaned it for long time. Dumbbells and bars was all over the ground. I like this gym and I wish the management can do something about it
