Fantastic experience: A place for ladies to work it out by Zumba, Circuit, Yoga, Tabata, Bodycombating, Aerobics.. Trainer Nisha, Vaishali, Liza are very enthusiastic and energetic.. There are some ladies who are working out from a long time and has shown a great result.. In between they put some challenge week or month and in that they focus on diet and exercise both.. It helps in losing weight and also body toning.. 5 ratings from me
