Positive experience: I Started my Fitness journey with Lift & Fit over a year, I feel Good and comfortable with the trainers, I loss my body weight from 89 kg to 73 kg its a long journey but the trainers help me to reduce the weight with their advance training sessions. The instructors are (Mr. Shaheeb & Mr. Arun) fantastic—passionate, motivating, and always ready to push you to be your best self. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply improve your overall health, this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: I started going from Jan 2024 and untill now my experience was good. Gym is clean with well trained coach, both coach is pretty good. Right now getting trained under coach shaheed he is giving full support and guidance to achieve my goal.
