It’s also very clean and spacious with a lot of modern equipment which is great. I’m still learning how to use some of the machines as I’m new to the gym, but if I do need any help the staff are happy to assist! definitely recommend :)

So far I have trained with Coach Huma and Sarah and both have been amazing. Coach Huma pushes you beyond what you think you are capable of and you feel a sense of accomplishment after a class with her. Very close to WTC. They also have a men’s gym called Muscle Factory opposite to Abu Dhabi mall. Thanks saher and huma for all the guidance and motivation. All the staff is very helpful and kind.
