Always clean, friendly environment, lovely staff who have each made an effort to introduce themselves to me and are always there if I need help or an extra push in my workouts! Great value for money and convenient. Has every bit of equipment you could want for great workouts! Really recommend.

Negative experience: The WORST gym in every aspect, starting from the person that manages this so called “gym” all the way to the gross and disgusting environment. The bathroom was an unbearable disaster, nasty smells all around, disgusting floors and lacked any form of cleanliness. The one whose managing lacked any form of respect and held grudges towards the clients. She quickly switches up her attitude once you complete your registration and on top of that her english level was way below the expected level that a “manager” should have. Communicating with her was a tiring workout by itself. I don’t recommend this gym to anyone, no matter how low your budget may be DON’T REGISTER AT THIS GYM. I couldn’t be more relieved to never have to step foot in there ever again.

Personal trianers are also available here. Gym is very neat and hygienic. Once you start coming here you will definitely dont go back and you can achieve your goal. Fantastic experience: I love this ladies gym! Great range of weights and machines clearly geared toward the more unique needs of ladies and trainers to correct those confident, but wrong, movements. It's not overcrowded and has good motivation music. Special thanks to my PT Huma for 1) offering affordable individual sessions, and 2) making me suffer (just a little ). Her attentiveness and attention to detail - I'm lifting more than I would have ever thought humanly possible and seeing results after just 6 weeks.

Positive experience: Frolic gym is a really chill and affordable gym. I have trained alone and with coach amirah. Training alone was better. Will not recommend taking a personal trainer since there was not enough communication regards food and outside gym plan. Also, I was not contacted once during the time I did not go due to sickness. So there was no follow up. I have edited my previous post to be updated.
