Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Frolic Fitness for just a month, and I’m already seeing real progress! The gym itself has a great atmosphere it’s very clean, well-equipped, and welcoming but what makes it stand out is the owner. She is so sweet, friendly, and always ready to help. She gives great advice, motivates you, and genuinely cares about your progress. I’ve never felt more comfortable and supported in a gym environment, and it makes working out something I actually look forward to. I highly recommend Frolic Fitness to anyone looking for a positive and encouraging place to train!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Frolic Gym for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help with form or give training tips. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and has all the equipment you could possibly need without feeling overcrowded. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I never feel out of place. The owner, Huma, is amazing, she’s created such a positive environment and truly cares about her members’ progress and comfort. Fantastic experience: The best ladies only gym in Abu Dhabi by far! The facilities are spotless, the equipment is brand new and the location is great. What makes it even more special is the atmosphere, it’s such a friendly and welcoming community. A huge mention to Huma, who I believe is the owner. She’s absolutely amazing - always kind, helpful, and ready with advice whenever you need it. Thanks to her and the team, this has been such a positive experience. Fantastic experience: I love this ladies gym! Great range of weights and machines clearly geared toward the more unique needs of ladies and trainers to correct those confident, but wrong, movements. It's not overcrowded and has good motivation music. Special thanks to my PT Huma for 1) offering affordable individual sessions, and 2) making me suffer (just a little ). Her attentiveness and attention to detail - I'm lifting more than I would have ever thought humanly possible and seeing results after just 6 weeks.

Positive experience: Frolic gym is a really chill and affordable gym. I have trained alone and with coach amirah. Training alone was better. Will not recommend taking a personal trainer since there was not enough communication regards food and outside gym plan. Also, I was not contacted once during the time I did not go due to sickness. So there was no follow up. I have edited my previous post to be updated.

It’s also very clean and spacious with a lot of modern equipment which is great.
