Very interesting experience that supports me to reduce my lower back pain and sciatica pain, on addition of body flexibility. Team is very friendly specially coach Hayat who is my tranning coach. Iam happy with the change and diffinetly recommend the place to everyone.

Having been working out for years, but just one session here of 20 minutes burnt calories enough for 2 hours of my workout! Great staff! Marwa, my trainer explained it all so well and guided me through my first class.

Fantastic experience: It's my first time trying EMS and honestly I was super excited about it, it's so effective from the first try and Hayat is so amazing and guides you through the whole process and so patient and teaches the right techniques of the work out and cant wait to see the changes in my body!

Fantastic experience: After having tested several EMS centers in Abu Dhabi, I recommend Wave fitness. The center is very well located and it is easy to park. The premises with the individual boxes are perfect for a session. For me , Andrew is the best coach of the center: he personalizes the muscular or cardio training according to our capacities and our health concerns (back pain). You will not stay inactive and sitting for 20 minutes on a beanbag with him as the proposed exercises are varied and he follows meticulously the realization of them. Last but not least is very responsive for making appointments.

Positive experience: Clean and Neat Gym. Covid precautions are satisfactory. The trainers are very enthusiastic, engaging and well prepared.. Especially Mr. Andrew. He is excellent. I was new to this type of training and my trainers helped me a lot in this regards.

Fantastic experience: Excellent training sessions with Alex and his team!! I lost one kilo after my first session and lost another 4 kilos after a month of training at Waves Fitbess EMS. I totally recommend you try at least one trial session and for sure you will see immediate results as I did. It also helped me tone and shape my muscles and reduce cellulite and body fat!! Amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Clean studio , spacious , with the option of private rooms , fully facilitated , easy and available Mawaqef parking , professional trainers driven to achieve one’s goal while maintaining a fun training . As I have very odd hours , Trainers are understanding and flexible with my schedule. I just wish they had other branches ( or work an co-agreement with other EMS centers ) to cover a wider area including Khalifa A area or even dubai . For those living in or near Abu Dhabi central area , the current location is perfect.
