Moin, the instructor helps by explaining each workout and how it differs depending on the body type. He also takes measurements every two weeks so that the clients can keep a track of their progress! Highly recommend this service!!

Fantastic experience: It’s my first experience with Life time Fitness gym and have not been disappointed! I train here for almost 2 months and find the consistent positive trainers (especially Moin). He is there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people and best trainer. I’m definitely seeing results and I’ll definitely recommend it to everyone.

He gives his time to us and explains which exercise we are doing for which part. I must say this Life Time fitness is good to workout. Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym. Tainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I recommended Trainer Mr. Arjun. He is qualified and Experince Person. I really like how he give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I share my Goal to Mr. Arjun and its 2 months personal Traning completed and Already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.
