Negative experience: This was my first day at PureGym and a complete waste of time. I scanned my code, entered the first gate, and got stuck inside the pod waiting for the second door to open. It didn’t open at all. When I exited the pod and tried to rescan, it said I had already entered, so I was locked out completely. I rang the bell many times and no staff showed up. I contacted them on WhatsApp and was told there is no staff available and I should “come back later”. Unacceptable. For a gym that relies fully on automated entry, this system is terrible and unreliable. I lost my time, my motivation, and didn’t even get to work out on my first day. Fix your gates or have actual support available.

Positive experience: Their gym is great, has all the facilities you need. Coaches are friendly and ready to help. One huge disappointment is their app and their technology. This issue needs some serious development. This is not the first time I've faced devastating problems with their app/membership activations. Their app gets stuck somedays, you'll have to close and open it to get to the landing page. Their membership subscriptions and payments are facing tremendous delays. Once you activate it you'll never know once its activated or not, even after paying. You'll always have to follow up. All gyms in this country activates your membership as soon as you click pay. For puregym, they wait until you follow up with them. "24 hours" is an excuse, it once took me 2 full days to wait for my activation. They give you surveys and tell you they listen, ive filled up these surveys and its been months without improvement. Good to know.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym recently due to a promo - 50% off first month and no joining fees. You can cancel with a 10 days notice and no long-term contract required. The gym is clean and has all the major workout equipment one needs. They offer several classes too that you can sign up via their app in advance. Staff is friendly and professional. Separate area for ladies as well. No complaints so far :)

Fantastic experience: I’m shocked at the low reviews, I have met with Hassan and the place is great with amazing prices, I don’t know about the rude “female” staff but i’m sure this matter will be looked into as costumer service shouldn’t be disregarded just because of the gym’s “Policy”// edit: a female that works in the gym refused to stop playing music during prayer time even after being asked to. Her reasoning was that the people in the class weren’t muslims. This is not only disrespectful to our religion, but to our country as a whole! I ask for this matter to be looked into.

Positive experience: I've been a member of Pure Gym since it opened. This is the perfect gym for everyone. The gym has a separate ladies' section with many coaches and a great manager, who puts a lot of effort into creating a supportive and motivating environment for the members. All coaches are great but one of the kindest and friendliest in the gym is Coach Sahar. She is the best in her job and attitude. She is so friendly and great. Even though I am not her client, I am grateful for her motivation and encouragement during my workouts.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Pure Gym a couple of weeks ago, and I am thoroughly impressed! The gym is well equipped with a wide range of equipment, and it's never as crowded as other gyms I've been to. The atmosphere here is fantastic, with friendly and supportive people all around. Fantastic experience: PureGym is easy to reach and offers separate areas for men and women, along with a variety of classes. The trainers are friendly, although personalized programs may come at an extra cost. While the changing rooms and showers are convenient, the women's section may lack some equipment. Parking is free, and its location in Avenue Mall is convenient. Their app makes booking free classes a breeze. Plus, with affordable prices, it's a great value. Just be aware, it can get busy between 5 and 9 pm. Adding a separate entrance or direct access for women could greatly improve convenience, especially during peak hours.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Pure Gym in Avenue Mall for almost a year now, and I can confidently say it's the best gym I've been to in Dubai. One of the standout features is how clean and well-maintained the facilities are. The staff and trainers are always friendly, with a smile and a warm welcome every time I visit. One of the perks of being a member is the free classes they offer every day. It's a great way to mix up your workout routine and try new things. However, I do hope they add more machines soon, as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, Pure Gym in Avenue Mall has been a fantastic experience for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch gym in Dubai.

Positive experience: Great gym, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and price is all super! Just wish they would add more machines to the women’s section, which has not had any added since I joined 6 months ago despite filling the feedback form. The mixed section is much better in terms of selection but the atmosphere is not as comfortable to work out there as a woman.

Positive experience: A huge big gym and 24 hours open for a good price them other gyms in dubai. However, they don't have all the machines for each muscle so mostly bars and dumbbells. But the price and the 24/7 time is tempting

Positive experience: Very clean, good equipment, peaceful environment with 2 sections. 1- for men and mix, meaning ladies can join in 2- ladies only. Unfortunately I personally didn't like it much as it was just a gym with the ladies section located underground I felt claustrophobic the moment I saw the stairs and area below no swimming pool, no sauna .. but I loved the smell, it was as if you opened the door to a brand new car

Fantastic experience: Coach Mohd Jalal is awesome! Highly recommended for PT as he'll give you 100% and holistic support to reach your target and push you to new levels you never even knew you had. Very helpful and motivating, his skills and experience show from the first session. Also coach David is fun and super nice! Gym is clean and well equipped. Could use better music though :)

Fantastic experience: I have joined almost 6 to 7 gyms in dubai..but I didn’t see any gym like pure gym Nad Al Sheba in terms of space and equipments…this is one of the gym where you will have that positivity to push you to work out for a longtime… Also I can’t wind up with out mentioning below names …Mr David and Mr Franck, trainers there, they are really supportive and enthusiastic…they are really assets for pure gym…keep doing the hood work guyzzz

Positive experience: Gym is clean everything ok but we are facing a problem its temperature high means AC cooling high it's not good for health during workout please notice & rates expensive day by day it's not fair. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym.. Thank you Coach Anne for taking me around the gym. Puregym is super clean and well equipped. They offer a no contract membership, low membership cost and they are open 24/7, so you can have unlimited classes at your most convenient time. First modern gym that I have encountered which is really high-tech. The access to the gym is controlled through its app. If you are looking for a nice gym, try Puregym. I have been to Puregym in the Bath and Bristol UK too but this one is alot nicer. Dont forget to look for Coach Anne, she might have the right program for you!
