Fantastic experience: From the moment you enter, you feel very welcomed by the smiling receptionist. The studio is very clean, organized, and exclusively for ladies. The instructors are great as always. The studio has a convenient schedule that fits my busy life and is located in a charming small community mall with Nero & Spinneys. It’s also very close to Business Bay, Meydan, and MBR City. This studio has become one of my favorites.

Fantastic experience: My introduction to Pilates was through private lessons with Lillian and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. I was quite nervous going into this, it was a bit out of my comfort zone, but Lillian put me at ease straight away. The 10 private sessions I had with Lillian really addressed the issues I wanted to focus on, building core strength and flexibility. As a result Pilates is now a regular part of my exercise regime. I have just purchased a trial pack and had the chance to try the barre Pilate with JOUMANA. I had done few classes before in other places but she was so different. I highly recommend it and especially with Joumana, she will make sure you achieve the movement with patience and you will feel it in every small muscle . You will feel so comfortable and puts a very welcoming vibes. If you wish to challenge and tone your body do not think twice and book with her. Positive experience: Real Pilates has great environment to start ur journey with Pilates. I liked the place and recommend if you’ve never tried Pilates give it a try with the private classes here. I’m glad I took my first 5 Pilates sessions as private classes with the instructor Joumana what a sweet soul friendly and professional, focuses on every move which is great, her energy and effort is shown she put the plan and marked in notebook what I’ve done in every session to cover up most of Pilates exercises to be ready for the group classes, she started soft on me as it’s my first time and gradually gave me the tough classes and that’s where I found it more fun actually.

I started Bar Core+ Reformer Core with Joumana and now I am addicted to these classes. I do them back to back three times a week and I am never bored. Excellent place, great instructors (I am following Lilian courses and she is the best!), great timetable (courses at 8pm during the week really are life-savers) and the gym is just super clean and welcoming! Fantastic experience: Real Pilates Meydan is an excellent place where you can rely on the trainers and staff without any worries. There are no false promises, and everyone is highly professional. My wife and I visited Real Pilates Meydan specifically to seek help from Lilian, based on recommendations from friends. We had heard a lot about Lilian before our visit, and we were hopeful that she could assist us, as I had back pain issues and my wife had neck pain and related problems. From the first meeting, we could sense the depth of Lilian's knowledge and expertise. Her assessment helped us understand the exact problems and the course of action. We both felt that we were in safe hands, with Lilian knowing exactly what we needed to fix our issues. Lilian is friendly, professional, and her approach made us feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I had my second prenatal reformer class with Joumana today, and it was such a delight. She’s extremely attentive to everyone joining the class (with noticing proper movement, alignment) and has such a lovely spirit whilst teaching. I thoroughly enjoy my time in her classes and I appreciate the way she teaches (in explaining etc). She’s also very helpful in placing the springs and the equipment (if needed) to the pregnant mummies during the class and i find that really sweet. Totally recommend joining one of her classes! :)

Fantastic experience: I had a bad lower back spasm a few months back. My therapist told me that I needed to strengthen my core and my glute. That’s when my wife recommended me doing a Pilates lesson and this was new to me. Now it’s been a month of private Pilates lesson, I can feel the change. I have an amazing annd friendly instructor Lilian, who works according to my needs. She is patient, knows my capabilities and advances to the next level step by step.

Fantastic experience: It was my first experience doing Pilates. I joined the private lessons first to really just know the foundations of it. Luckily, I got Lilian as my trainer. She is absolutely passionate and amazing! Opened my eyes to how strong our brain is and how much it plays a huge role with our physical body. I personally never experienced such a beautiful body and mind connection, and noticing how much my body changed was just the cherry on top. The staff in general are so sweet and helpful, just a beautiful place and experience overall.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Pilates classes at Real Pilates Meydan since a few weeks now. I am very happy with the changes I see in my physical strength as well as in the way I move in daily life. Thanks to the amazing instructors, I have learned already so much about body structure and the connection between the different parts of our body. All my instructors, Maria, Lilian, Diana, and Andrea, are so passionate and knowledgeable and guide so beautifully through the sessions. Fantastic experience: I started private Pilates classes three months ago as I was struggling with back pain. I was introduced to my instructor, Lilian, who has been fantastic in guiding my recovery. She carefully plans each lesson based on my needs, ability and pain. I could not be any happier. My back pain has improved significantly, and we are now working on other aspects of my health and well-being.

Fantastic experience: Such a great studio, superrr friendly staff and well maintained facility, been doing classes with Maria, splendid! An instructor with lots of knowledge to share, not usual to have an instructor taking their time with you, making sure you know why you are doing each move not just how. Pilates with Maria made me aware of my movement in my daily life not just on the machine or mat.

Fantastic experience: I started to take classes in Real Pilates Meydan a couple of months ago and now I am addicted to it! I haven't trained for years, but in this beautiful studio I found the right atmosphere I needed to not give up. The studio itself is neat and quite. The instructors are really prepared and ready to help. Personally I really like Diana's lessons: even during a class lesson, she can notice every wrong movement and correct it, giving clear explanations.

Fantastic experience: I decided to start pilates after giving birth and after realizing that I need to do something for myself. I chose the private sessions with Lilian as I had a special case and now,after one month, I feel more confident and motivated.. most importantly one step closer to my goal. Surprisingly, Pilates makes me happy, changes my mood and gives me more energy during the day. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! My instructor has been Maria and she is incredible, especially as I have some back issues. She really takes time to understand what is going on with you and her grasp of the human body and how it moves is impressive! She has made a real difference in my life. I have much less pain and each session I leave feeling better but also with a better understanding of what changes I can make in my everyday life to keep it that way. Can’t recommend her more!

Fantastic experience: My physio recommended I do Reformer Pilates as I have an injury that does not allow me to do bodyweight or ballistic exercises for the time being. I bought the 5 pack newcomers trial at the Meydan branch and I will return as I really enjoyed my experience. I went to classes instructed by Lillian, Talha, and Maria. All three instructors have different styles, but all three of them gave clear instructions, made the workout fun and were mindful of everyone's injuries and limitations, whilst challenging us. They were all so lovely and I really enjoyed my classes with each of them. Doriane at the front desk is so warm and welcoming and showed me around. She explained all the packages, how to check in and their policies, so it was clear from the start. The studio facilities are very clean and have a nice ambience. I have been to other reformer classes in Dubai where you can see the machines are not maintained well, so I was really happy to see that Real Pilates machines are well maintained and clean. Once my injury has healed up, I am going to try some of the other classes they offer like mat pilates and yoga. Thank you to the Real Pilates team and I will be back soon :)

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful and grateful that I discovered Real Pilates Meydan - and more specifically my amazing Pilates instructor : Lilian! I had endured back pain for a few years and believed I needed to strengthen my core which led me to Pilates. Lilian conducted a very thorough assessment of my physical structure and anatomy and catered a bespoke program just for my body and its needs. Her in depth knowledge on physical therapy, Pilates, and muscular rehabilitation makes her a holistic instructor in every way. I started my wellness journey in Pilates since January and my pain has subsided significantly and I am already feeling stronger in my core!

Fantastic experience: I initially started pilates to help with my aches and pains and o exercise with low impact. I have been doing it for a year now trying different instructors, till I found Lillian and there was no turning back. Since I started with Lilian my aches and pains are under control I am stronger with more stability and can finally get the "engage ur core" comment i kept hearing which is at the heart of doing reformer properly What I like about Lilian specifically is the way she makes u aware of you muscle movements and works on ur psyche to make u remember her points even once u left her studio. Talha is the best instructor, she ensures everyone in the class has the right form and focuses on everyone evenly and fairly, she always challenges us to push ourselves while still being safe and in control in both mat pilates and reformer.

Positive experience: I went to 4 different studios to do mat pilaties & Reformer and ended up to this place.. I’ve been there for 5 months .. class prices is reasonable compared to other studios.. Best coaches than all the 4 other studios .. all coaches are great, specially Talha for reformer and mat and Diana for reformer and mat, Maria for yoga and barre classes, Emma for prenatal classes, all are well coached, studied are keen to learn you how to exercise right and do the right moves and care and they about your safety and they ask for injuries before starting classes, and you need to arrive first 5 minutes of classes as you’re not allowed to enter later on for your safety and i liked that .. as local muslim here what I didn’t like about this studio: some classes are mixed and not suitable for muslims, and there’s only two class rooms and you have to walk the corridor to reach equipment class and sometimes there men’s outdoor can see you passing as the frontage is glass! Cancellation policy is not the best .. as a local-muslim it’s not the best respectful place to our conservative culture although it’s the best pilaties method I’ve tried.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this studio for a few months and really enjoy the Reformer classes of Maria as she not only explains very well the exercises and ensure you are doing them correctly but also comes up with new exercises making her classes very interesting. For someone who did not like exercising… thanks to the whole team at Meydan (receptionist included) I am looking forward to my next class!

I've had experiences with multiple instructors and I've found all of them highly experienced and very professional. I particularly love the location at Meydan. My last session was with Emma and it was a great workout and lots of fun. I highly recommend.

I am new to Pilates and was worried about feeling lost or out of place. but the team made me welcome. They are encouraging, mindful and highly trained. A real Pro place. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I discovered Real Meydan only recently and I am so happy I did. It is a really nice studio with excellent teachers and very friendly staff! I am doing Reformer Pilates and thanks to the small amount of machines the teacher can adapt the exercises according to each other’s need/capabilities. The studio also offer normal Pilates, and other classes, check their website well worth it.

I was not sure what to expect from the Reformer or mat sessions, but I had completed three lessons already, and I knew I would continue with the journey. Fantastic experience: Since I started Pilates I felt my body has changed a lot. I used to have lower pack pain and my stomach was pointed , after joining the classes the back pain is gone forever, I have lost some kilos and my my family and close friends started noticing my new body shape. The place is cosy and impeccable, instructors are very attentive and the other staff around are always making you feel home.

Fantastic experience: Boy, am I glad my husband actually surprise me with a package for Pilates classes at this venue! From the ladies at the reception and all the way to the instructors (Faye in particular), I have had the best experience. Not only I learned something about improving my body and posture, I feel like I am making friends too. I recommend a couple of private classes if you have never tried pilates, just to learn the basic before joining the group classes. They have some good packages from time to time.
