Negative experience: I really didn't want to give a single star, unfortunately google doesn’t allow you to add the review without rating first. Beginning of the year I moved closer to silicon and was looking for a gym closer to home. To my bad luck, found this gym. Initially they said theres a 3 months +1 free month offer and I decided to take it. I hardly went for a few weeks and they closed the gym. Theres still a huge portion of the membership thats completely unused and simply paid for. They kept postponing the reopening date siting rain damages to the gym. Extremely disappointed and hoping to get my money back for the unused period.

Negative experience: u cannot even use the pool. and sometimes these coaches they will ask you to move bec of practices when u already booked the timings.

Fantastic experience: the staff were very approachable especially Ms. Kimberly.. thumbs up!

Negative experience: The gym has been closed since mid april 2024 floods.. it was supposed to be for few days but it is still closed till today's date without any explanation as to why.. non existent customer service, no one replies when members ask for updates or demand to know what is going on and when will it reopen or how to claim their money back. The gym manager does not bother to update or reply, to members nor does their staff..if zero stars were possible to give. This establishment would have received it .

Negative experience: I have already submitted my complaint to DED Consumer Complaint Dubai. Putting one star because I have to put. Horrible the customer service. Called the other day to check are they gonna open or at least GIVE MY MONEY BACK, and the girl who answered she said she’s not working there anymore. Horrible service

Negative experience: I had a chance to speak with one of the trainers who used to work there and he told me the gym is closed permanently. Apparently the gym is all cleared out of equipments. So I guess there is no point of believing what these people are saying regarding extended dates. Hope y'all are able to recover the money through DED.

Negative experience: You used to be good gym, but when I was planning to return to this gym thankfully I dodged a bullet after you after you lied to us by saying it will open in July 15th and nonono it will be delayed to September 1st due to disputes with landlords I am very disappointed.

Positive experience: This gym has great equipment friendly staff and clean environment. The facilities also include showers. No doubt why it’s members call it a “lifestyle brand” instead of a gym. Gym also offers fitness classes that vary in every session. These sessions are incorporated with everything from med balls and TRX to jump ropes and rowing. The instructors give special attention and emphasize on quality over quantity of reps. And if you want personalized training you can go to personal training area which is filled with all types of fitness toys.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Dubai for a really affordable price. The trainers are highly motivating and the presence of an aerobics room takes this gym into a new pedestal with respect to its competitors. If you stay nearby or far away this gym will be worth every Dhiram you paid for it!

Fantastic experience: Love the gym and all friendly staff, they have many choices from weight lifting and fitness and group classes mixed and for ladies only. Also you have access to an out door training area. Overall its nice place you should come and try it

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed with the service at the gym. There's no proper customer service or communication; all they care about is taking your money. The gym has been closed for three months now, and they don't seem to care about their clients. I've tried to ask for a refund using all available communication channels, but no one is responding. It has been a very bad experience, and I've lost my money with them. I will never rejoin this gym, even if they reopen.

I have been working out in fitness4life gym from 3 years now, Facility is always spotlessly clean, Instructors are friendly, Personal trainer Imran was very helpful Group classes are suitable for any ability level. Good thing about fitness4life is you can bring your kids as well they offer Kickboxing, MMA classes. kids and adult swimming classes in their Huge indoor swimming pool as well as indoor jogging track. Social distancing is always maintained as they have huge space with considerable distance between each machines with sanitisation stations. I can't stop telling all my fellow neighbours in Dubai silicon oasis about fitness4life. Affordable and highly addictive

Positive experience: The gym is very spacious and there is a lot of equipment. The gym instructors are always available and approachable whenever you need help. There is a nice juice bar which is helpful when you are on the run and need a snack.

Positive experience: Great gym, lots of space, lots of equipment. Rubber plates if you’re into weightlifting, bars cage if you’re into calisthenics/bodyweight training. The only problem is condition of equipment (wich is quite old) and general cleanliness (lots of plates, dumbbells left around, unavailability of equipment lost in the gym). Overall is an amazing gym!

They have a running track and several machines for each and every muscle in your body. Personal trainer and champion Hejab will put you first, is fun to train with and will do his absolute best to show you tangible results within the first week or two. I am achieving remarkable progress with his coaching and aiming to get to the fittest ever body.

Negative experience: Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I joined on the 3rd of march for 4 months and they shut down on the 13th of april. The management is most probably permanently closing, the phones are not answered by anybody from the customer service team or management, they just took peoples money and decided to shut down, they’ve been postponing the reopening date for more than a month and a half saying they’re having insurance problems due to the rain, but on the door theres a court order from the rental disputes center shutting down the gym, so whether the gym is damaged or not these guys need to pay their rent first. I hope everyone gets their money back

Negative experience: The gym management has been misleading the members for almost two months now with no updates whatsoever, no one is picking up the phone, they have refused to issue a refund to any of the members. If anyone has managed to get their refund please share the steps with us all here.

Negative experience: Allowing class pass to show their location for booking while they are closed for renovation is not the most professional.. 3 person who came for class was just informed by the security at the reception that it’s closed until July! So now we go and eat a big burger

After paying for the gym membership for 7 months, they are saying now that they are closed and will reopen on 15th july which is just an assumption from them as they have a legal case going on. Hire a temporary gym in Silicon Oasis or we all members want our hard earned money back. Let’s all come together to file a case against them.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the management who, not only let down the members, but also the staff (reception ladies, trainers), I assume without salary or any kind of compensations of course. In addition to that, i found out this morning that the website is down. I was lucky to reach the end of my membership (after a good year) with few weeks remaining only, so i have no choice than joining another gym. I am sure i will see ex-members elsewhere, so good luck all (including the staff who didn't ask to be treated so badly as well).

Negative experience: Husband and I just renewed mid- April for 1 year. We want our money back!

Negative experience: Bring a clear picture okay? Don't play with your customer and place a girl front to receive all the complaints. Very pathetic. Put an announcement that either you would refund full once it is open or give a few months complimentarily. Bring here a tangible action. Just don't say the same thing over and over like a broken record that you guys are facing a ligal issue. Who else gym has got an issue like you guys thou? Only this gym.

Negative experience: Don't put a girl forefront to receive all the phone calls and say the same words like a broken record. Just hire a temporary gym so that we can work out at least during this closure and don't say the same that you have a court issue. Pathetic service. Will get a refund from this gym.

Negative experience: They are not answering anymore, the gym was suppose ti be closed for couple of days, then weeks and now months. Thats so u professional and unacceptable in 2024 and with a thriving business like that. They followed me for days to register and of-course now they disappear. Shame on such a management, shame on such a business and we are getting our refund even if after a year. Be sure that u lost ur business no body will join u even if u reopen.

Negative experience: Very misleading and dishonest customer service.. I was told that gym is closed for few days post the rain storm then it was extended till 13th may due to insurance claim. I called this morning and was told it’s closed till 15th July. I asked for full refund of my money and the customer service lady told me they can’t refund me because the gym is closed..!it’s remarkable how a Buisness behalves in this manner in 2024..! Negative experience: This is the first time I’ve seen a gym making excuses instead of me. I paid for 5 months, and after a week of usage they’ve shut it down. I’ve gotten chat gpt replies from the management. I doubt I’m getting my money back. Already joined another gym as I can’t let someone else’s incompetence affect my health. Negative experience: Fitness4Life Premier you are just gaining time and playing with members health by not giving a clear picture. All three extensions there is a different reason mentioned. You are properly passing time as everytime just a day before the opening, giving a new extension. What if you do not open after two more months? And members are suffering because they cannot leave you. Do you think guys who go to gyms regularly can wait 2 more months?

Negative experience: It used to be my place to go , my second home! I used to love this gym!! However the customer service is horrible! Twice I complained that there were men in the ladies only pool ( timing only for ladies) nobody came back to me. Now the Gym is closed since almost 1 month , no communication to the members !! Re opening is being postponed !!! And now it’s not about maintanance but because of a court order !! You took money from the members but you not giving us a a solution or the money back !! Update : registered complaint with DED! They know about this case very well and they will get in contact with the members soon. They explained that there are 3 stages and they waiting for f4L to complete the first stage .. they told me to go to the court in Wafi and register a case against them to get the money back . Haven’t done it yes but will proceed by next week! Please everyone register your complains with DED, the more people, the better!

Negative experience: Not recommended at all now it closed for mainly 2 weeks and will keep closing for a month, they claim that this is cause of maintenance but in fact its cause of not paying the rent, cheap gym never join

Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful Gym. The biggest and best gym in Dubai Silicon Oasis. I have been in this gym for 9 years. The staff and the owner are super friendly. I have 2 sons and they both enjoy working out at this place. My boys enjoy strength training, cardio/swimming. And they get all these under one roof. One of my boys is now studying in UK and whenever he is in Dubai he still gets students discount, so he keeps fit while on holiday. I truly recommend this gym. Trust me once you join you won’t regret.

Fantastic experience: The gym is very big and nice, full of equipments, the personal trainer « Fakhry » is amazing, gives a lot of his time and energy to motivate you, my transformation was unbelievable. I recommend him for cabin crew especially, and he already has a big community of crew working out with him, he is a very good friend apart from being a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Fakhry is the best personal trainer in the gym, he’s been training me for 2 years. I saw amazing results on me. Gym facilities are excellent, very kind staff and it’s the biggest gym in silicon oasis.

Fantastic experience: Recently I encountered trouble with my shoulders and I consulted coach Sultan to help me sort this matter. After a short assessment Sultan prescribed some exercises. I have been doing them for a week and thanks god the pain has disappeared. I am very grateful for Sultans timely input and professional guidance. Hands down a world class PT and a true professional.

Positive experience: I have been in the gym for 6 months now. They are well organized they have smart systems and app. The cons is the ladies area where the room is small and congested with machines.

Negative experience: Editing my review to 1 star due to gym closed after the storm and money that i paid were not returned. I like this gym because it's huge, has lots of machines, an Olympic pool, classes mixed and ladies only, and has a section for only ladies as well. And it's not crowded (I go mornings) no headache with parking. Price is reasonable for all they offer. If you are a newbie, I suggest paying extra for a personal trainer to learn how to use machines. The only thing I don't like is changing rooms doors need to be changed.

Fantastic experience: Coach Sultan An amazing trainer, works you extremely hard to ensure you meet your goals. Very warm and friendly and makes working out fun and enjoyable. Brings great energy to the workout.

Fantastic experience: Personal trainer Sultan is always available to teach, correct or simply to motivate you on your fitness journey. I had the pleasure of training back and glutes with him. The training sessions were challenging but so rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Sultan created a for week muscle building. For me and my roommate. He was super helpful and gave us multiple tips. Recommend asking him for help. He is very dedicated to helping you with you fitness journey
