Negative experience: This is the second time I can't get to a class. The first time I spent an hour on the road to find out 6 minutes before the class was supposed to start that the class was cancelled. The same situation now, only I decided to check the cancellation in advance on the official website. And I don't understand why you make registration for classes open in the app if the class is going to be cancelled anyway. I found out from a trainer friend that this situation happened to me and that the owner of the studio doesn't like people who come through the ClassPass app, because they bring little money for her business. If this is really the case, don't advertise through this app and don't mislead people that it is possible to get to you through the app.

Fantastic experience: Just the right place to take care of yourself by practicing breathing, yoga and meditation. Rita and Marie Clare are gifted for their healing practices, I am inspired by them.

Fantastic experience: So apparently this cute little studio is open in Digital Park DSO since September and I just found out about it !! The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming, you dont feel that it is a commercial institution trying to fake the “zen” mode out of you ! I was welcomed with sincere smiles. My choice to be silent at the beginning was respected without the need for me to ask for it. I attended a guided meditation session on setting intention, while I dont usually feel comfortable with guided meditations (i prefer the silence), surprisingly this was a very good session. The instructor was so calm and her voice so tranquilizing that it really took me somewhere else ❤️ If you are new to meditation or a long time practitioner, this is the place to go to. The group’s energy was just amazing.
