Fitness First Dubai Silicon Oasis

Fantastic experience: I was not joining any gym due to having lower back pain. Got some motivation and joined Fitness First DSO with the intent of only doing cardio. Later met PT Muhammad Muneeb, who gave me confidence that I can do weigh training with proper postures. On his advice, enrolled for 12 PT sessions and I am already seeing the difference. I am able to carry weights under his supervision and benefitting from weight training. Thanks a lot Muneeb for instilling this confidence and guiding me through journey.

Muneeb is doing a great job in motivating me and supporting me to achieve my fitness goals - very friendly, professional and dedicated.Due to my profession i used to sit and work for 8 hours a day and that cause me a little issue with back and shoulder but with the help of my trainer Muneeb things are much better now .Muneeb not only guides me on fitness but also nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The good thing for me is that I found FITNESS FIRST DUBAI SILICON OASIS and because they have a great professional team working there I was able again to get in shape even better than before. Super recommend it and happy with them .

Positive experience: I still consider this branch as one of the best bcz it’s clean,near and has new good machines. but i have to down rate it for the following: - almost always crowded - it doesn’t have steam room - not that friendly coaching staff ( absolutely not like other branches) - the recent new parking policy of digital park( which is so silly BTW) made it a paid parking branch most of the time and that is a serious issue in DSO

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for almost 3 months now and I am very pleased with my results, the gym, equipment, the staff, especially my personal trainer, Rida. He is amazing and very good with his job. I am pleased with my results thanks to Rida. He helps you achieve your desired results quickly, effectively and SAFELY. He is very careful and attentive to the exercises and movements making sure they are done correctly and safely with good posture, being careful with the joints, and leg positions, etc. I highly recommend this gym and especially Rida as a personal trainer. I have seen a huge improvement in my muscle mass and function with Rida. The gym is also very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful always. I definitely wish to extend my membership at Fitness First and with Rida being my personal trainer again!

Fantastic experience: It’s been 3 days since I joined Fitness first, I don’t know much about individual workouts, so I have been attending the in-house classes, it has simply been exhausting, but much effective, no doubt it kills me, but I’m enjoying it as we go. Thanks guys

Both instructors Ulma Joueidi I got her name by the end and Alex were amazing and guided us in the most serene and peaceful way. I felt so rejuvenated after that. Fantastic experience: Fitness first has always been a place for people who believe in leveling up. This branch relatively new, has some of the best trainers you can benefit from. My highlight of the experience was Sultan, the Personal Trainer. He has the ability to bring out the best from you regardless of your abilities. His training routine will fatigue the exact muscles. This will enable you to have an efficient workout. He also possess sound knowledge of nutrition and stretching that would help you recover and avoid any injuries in the future

The facility is clean, organized and has state-of-the-art equipment. It's located in a great spot with plenty of parking and a nice view. Fantastic experience: Love the group classes at Fitness First DSO. The classes are always kept new and exciting with amazing instructors. Judson, Marina and Carlos keeps the classes fun and full of energy.

Fantastic experience: The gym is great, not very full and good equipment. The staff is very nice. There could be water available, it is the only faulty point I could say. Very big compliment to the fitness instructor Sultan, amazing guy, motivates all students around him, is perfect in his job and is definitely a very big asset to the company.

Fantastic experience: The gym overall is top notch. From staff to machines to cleanliness. I had a problem with my subscription but the staff and manager there helped me and solved my issue in no time. I trained with a personal coach called sultan and after the workout, i realized how great he was. He gave me a personalized workout that suits me and my target, he had diversity in exercises and he explained all of them in details and had the time to listen to what i wanted. He was a very caring person and a motivator as well.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy coming to the gym here at FF DSO. Good equipment and clean facilities with friendly staff. Meets all my workout needs. Met Sultan, the PT today and had a great session with him. Trained in a different style than I usually do and felt very effective. He has great knowledge about the body, exercise and nutrition, as well as a very supportive coaching attitude. Thanks for a great workout Sultan

Positive experience: Nice facility, but what stands out the most is their staff. Receptionists are friendly, with Samuel in particular being exceptional. Muneeb and Sultan, two of the personal trainers there, are excellent at their craft. They’re knowledgeable and always proactively helping other gym-goers, even those that aren’t their own clients. Despite not being Muneeb’s client, he taught me an exercise that has alleviated my lower-back issue. Likewise, Sultan demonstrated an exercise I dubbed the “Sultan Walk”, an enhanced variation of the farmer’s walk. One critique I have is that the facility could have more strength training equipment (machines), albeit the essentials are certainly there.

Fantastic experience: Loved going to this Gym...The classes were very helpful the trainers were always encouraging regardless of the amount of people in the classes. I always felt involved and was getting the results i wanted. The staff is amazing and there is almost always someone to give a hand. I preffered this gym because it is clean, a lot of equipment and not crowded. If i was not relocating, this would have been my forever gym while living in DSO.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Sultan! 15 PT sessions and I feel like a new person! Challenging and always pushing for max effort but with an encouraging and positive attitude at all times, Sultan is the best. The facilities are clean and modern, the staff are all friendly and there are loads of free classes and opportunities to try new things like Jump! Strongly recommended.

Positive experience: Can get crowded after office hours. If you're into crossfit, weigh lifting, this is not the place to be. Does the job if you've got a proper training program and know which workout alternatives apply if the specific weight machine isnt available. Quite a tights space for FF.

Fantastic experience: Today I trained with sultan, he approached me and offered to train my triceps and boy it was a great and intense workout, one of the most intense workouts I’ve had in a while which resulted in a great pump in the triceps. He also gave me a lot of new knowledge about the gym that I didn’t know before. 10/10 trainer

Positive experience: You can find a spot in the Visitors parking. Its a short walking distance and mostly shaded. The location is fairly easy to reach via google maps, the spinning studio feels a bit stuffed when its more than half filled since AC is a bit too warm for comfort. The gx studio is larger and can accomodate people more comfortably. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, the yoga studio is spacious. The changing area for ladies is always clean and well kept. Plenty of machines with a spacious free style area and people are happy to share machines when it gets a bit busy. No available mats in the free style area. Didnt see water dispensers or drinking fountains if you want free water refills in this branch.

Positive experience: A little small compared to Mirdif's branch. But you have all the necessary equipment. Fitness first went cheap now. Upon registration back in the days, you used to get a bag, a water bottle and even the myzone device (if not mistaken). Now it is nada. Myzone costs 499. A 0.5L water bottle cost 3 aed.

Fantastic experience: I love the classes there specifically the cycling with Judson the trainer (good vibes), body pump, tuff and core (with marina). The staff very friendly there and quite clean, this branch quite close from my home so it’s really convenient!.

Fantastic experience: I feel the equipment here is more better than equipment of other fitness first facilities. This is my personal opinion after experiencing it. Its a wonderful place with so many friendly and helping staff. The kind of members who come for exercise is multi nationality and they are also helpful and cheering.

Positive experience: It's a smaller branch mostly setup to cater for group classes. Equipment is cramped and the entire free weights section has a very uneven floor filled with pits making it easy to twist an ankle.

In size wise its small but well organized and sufficient. I would recommend FF. Sauna is small and bit poor. and free parking available for all members.

The screen in the spinning class many times doesn’t work The receptionists needs trainings to be aware of promotions When I joined no one took over to show me the facilities and inform me what benefits I am in title to use on the application. Unfortunately the gym cares only to take the money and there for you figure it out on your own .

Positive experience: *the best choice in DSO so far *Clean, not crowded most of the time as the other gyms in DSO *I didn’t see bad habits from the sales team as I saw in another one *easy parking and access * nice application to book your classes - I believe that they’ve a very good space if we include the studios. But, not organized very well as it doesn’t give the priority to the machines space. Even the machine space is not organized well and should include more machines in a decent way. - Lack of the machines, which I hope they’ll solve it ASAP. A lot of machines aren’t there and they need to invest more in this important point. If they’ll take a proper action before losing their customers, this will make this gym is the best.

The group excercise classes are amazing, especially with gx trainer Judson Silva, he guides you so well durning the class, within 2 months I feel my stamina and strength has reached next level. However, all the other trainers are very good too. I did a PT session with Ruben Silva which was really good, he's was extremely professional and I enjoyed the session with him. All staff are very kind and always welcomes you with warm smile. I love fitness first. Best gym in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: Joined Fitness First for a month while visiting Dubai from Canada. Worked out with Ruben, who is an extremely talented Personal trainer. I could notice visible differences in my fitness levels just in a month. Highly recommended PT and love the atmosphere as well!!

Over all you can give the classic studious of yoga , ground classes , pirates. It's smaller area in the weight training section as compared to other platinum branches .

Positive experience: Really good gym....not the biggest but its sufficient...I got a trainer name Ruben and he was an amazing PT...really knew my limits as a beginner and kept me motivated.

Fantastic experience: Woooow. Very neat, clean and new. Staff are friendly. It is a shame that they don't have a steam room. They have a sauna though!!! Not very hot. They need to raise its temperature
