Fantastic experience: Great place for our kids to hang out with other kids in the community. The clubhouse is only for residents of Saadiyat Beach Villas (primarily for those of us in Gate 7 but residents of other Gates are allowed as well). The staff do a great job of keeping it tidy and clean. The kids' room is great, as are the pool and the gym.

Positive experience: Pool for adults and children. Also an air conditioned gym and lounge area.
