Gymnasium " for male and female ", we have professional coauches and highly skilled in training , we have many and different sport programs like Erobic, Fitness, Zumba, ABS, Taebo classes, weight gain and loss program, Nutritional plans in addition core strength, muscle tone, corporate fitness and personal training. All our equipments are new and high quality in addition to the large gym space and harmony gym colors that give players comfort while doing exercises.

Fantastic experience: The first time I saw this gym and to be part of it I felt I find my best home gym and I’m happy to meet the good and supportive and friendly trainers and coaches that always there to support me and specially to the big lady in the house Coach Riza always there to supports and to teach me and to the one of big man in the house coach Rafik Rafi thank you so much to be there always and I highly recommended this Gym for 100% the best

Modern workout machines, great motivational atmosphere and the trainers there is professional kind and sophisticated, they will take good care of the training and everything related to the workouts and able to give professional guide.
