Negative experience: Very bad experience and aggressive staff. This place is full of harassment, bullies, and a complete lack of customer service. The moment you walk in, the trainers start bothering you nonstop, pushing you to join personal training classes. It feels more like intimidation than fitness support. If you don’t sign up, you are treated differently, like you don’t matter. Using the equipment becomes a nightmare because it is always reserved for trainers and their students, even when no one is actually using it. This is clearly their tactic to pressure you into paying for classes. Save your money and your peace of mind. Spend it somewhere that respects you, not a place that treats members like an open ATM.

Negative experience: مكان مضايقات ومصاريف على الفاضي هذا ابشع واتعس صاله رياضية شفتها بحياتي مليانه مضايقات ومضيعة وقت ميه في الميه. من اللحظة اللي تدخل فيها الباب يبدون يضايقونك حتى تشارك في دروس التمارين الخاصة واللي بالتاكيد تدفع فيها اكثر واذا مااشتركت في هذه الدروس الخاصة تبدي المضايقات ولاتنتهي. ودائما المعدات محجوزة للمدربين وطلابهم وحتى لو مافي طلاب فان الشغلات محجوزة لحين مايبدي درس التمرين الخاص وهذه طريقتهم حتى يجبرونك تدفع اكثر وتشارك في دروس التمارين الخاصة. اذا تهمك راحة بالك والاحترام ابتعد عن هذا المكان اللي تشعر فيه انك مطالب بان تدفع كل يوم على كل شغله يبيعونها

Fantastic experience: I had my first class with Candice today, it was incredible! Totally recommend joining her class!

Negative experience: Very expensive for a gym with chipped paint and broken equipment…also missing essentials like a sled in the crossfit room and shampoo. We visited a few “luxury gyms” in the UAE and this was the worst one. It’s more a jank dingy basement gym that’s packed.

Positive experience: This Warehouse location—in the basement of the DFIC mall—is smaller than most. It might be the big hole in the ceiling that connects to the mall, but it gets pretty hot with little A/C. The protein bar is also closed for renovation, and a day pass is 130 AED or a week pass is 300 AED.

Negative experience: I have paid over 7000 AED for this……. I signed up for Warehouse Gym with a premium membership and also purchased 20 personal-training sessions. I went twice and quickly realized this facility is simply not for me — and the reason has nothing to do with the workouts, but everything to do with how they handle customers after payment, equipments. Here’s my experience — you can decide for yourself what this says about their support and “care.” I sent my first official email on 19 October about a safety concern inside the gym, dangerous equipments, HUGE safety concerns. No reply. I sent a second email on 24 October. Again, no reply. The first automated response finally arrived on 3 November — more than two weeks later. During that entire period, despite their website promoting an active, healthy lifestyle, I was effectively stuck waiting for an answer with no guidance and no ability to safely continue training. I also messaged multiple staff members on WhatsApp. I was repeatedly told “we’ll respond tomorrow,” yet the replies never came. Some days there was no answer at all, despite my follow-ups. And here comes the part that really made me raise an eyebrow: while I was waiting for an answer to my safety concern for more than two weeks, I received two messages from different staff members trying to upsell me next month’s package. Draw your own conclusions — but personally, I get skeptical when sales move faster than support. Regarding the facility itself: after my second visit, I scheduled an ice plunge session but had to cancel. The shower area only had warm water, not properly hot water — which is a basic requirement after cold exposure. Their response to this was, “towel dry, light movement.” It’s 2025 — after a cold plunge, customers shouldn’t have to warm up in the gym like it’s a survival challenge. Proper hot water is standard. Finally, some machines I used did not meet my expected quality level, and one even caused me back discomfort. Based on the staff member:” the machines needs upgrade “ Well, good to know……… This is simply my experience — factual, documented, and based on my direct interaction. I hope this helps others make an informed decision. Everything mentioned above reflects only my personal experience as a paying customer.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Modern equipment and a helpful staff.

Negative experience: I acknowledge that I arrived 8 minutes late; however, I was quite disappointed to learn that the studio enforces a strict 5-minute grace period, which meant I was unable to join the Reformer Pilates class. I was informed that this policy comes directly from the coach, with no flexibility allowed. Given how challenging parking can be in the area, even after finally finding a spot, I had to rush to make it in time. Most studios I’ve visited offer a 10–15 minute grace period, so the 5-minute cutoff here felt unusually strict and added unnecessary stress to the experience.

Positive experience: Good gym but good luck finding parking after 6pm

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Coach Warren for 1 year and can honestly say he’s one of the best coaches I’ve ever worked with. His attention to detail, energy, and ability to push you the right way have completely transformed how I train. Warren’s sessions are always structured, motivating, and genuinely enjoyable - he knows how to get the best out of you while keeping things fun. Beyond the workouts, he’s just a great person to talk to, and I’ll definitely miss our post-session chats (I am moving on because the DIFC branch has the worst traffic, and the gym is tired) If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about his clients and knows his craft inside out, I can’t recommend Warren enough.

Fantastic experience: It's an amazing gym, the staff are welcoming, the coaches are nice and really motivate everyone of every fitness level. Not to mention all the equipment you'll need, amazing locker rooms and the environment is nice and fun. And the classes will make you work hard. I can't think of a better gym

Negative experience: On 2 September, I visited Ver House Gym difc and had a terrible experience. The staff were unfriendly, the equipment was old and poorly maintained, and when I asked to cancel right away, they misled me about the refund. After several emails with no reply, they finally said refunds are not possible—in a very rude way. Very unprofessional and dishonest. ⚠️ Avoid this gym.

Positive experience: Parking is very expensive and their parking pricing system is not customer friendly I felt like this place is not for the economic people. Per hour we have to pay 10 aed and free hour only 1 hr per day if you exit and re-entered they will count the time from last you entered. Rest of the mall operation and infrastructure everything mind blowing mostly their grand mosque that is absolutely gorgeous

Fantastic experience: A very clean and spacious gym, a very spacious and comfortable environment in terms of content, and the staff are also very attentive.

Positive experience: Good points: Lots of squat racks, variety of equipment, towels provided, lots of shower space, fairly clean, ok juice bar. Bad points: Small variety of equipment - only two benches for free weights and two cable machines in entire gym. It’s dark inside. Not sure who designed the lighting but they need about 2x as many. Old equipment. And it’s all in Lbs for some reason. It needs to be refreshed or maintained better. Not enough lockers. Showers don’t have anywhere to hang clothes inside cubicle. Overall it’s fine but not the best.

I am personally a bit shy to go to the gym but this class is motivated me with all this different people with different age and conditions! Vey motivating! Fantastic experience: My favorite gym in DIFC, all machines are in good condition, very nice stuff and atmosphere. And the lighting is comfortable, it’s important for me, because in some other gyms the lighting is extremely bright.

Positive experience: Gym is good, but dark and on the warm side. It’s the sort of gym you’ll see lots of wannabe influences with their tripods which is just strange. Changing rooms are bad, half the lockers are broken/ missing hanging rails. Not enough lockers or space generally. Shower area needs places to hang shirts etc.
