Fantastic experience: Olga is a fantastic trainer ! Fully equipped studio with lockers, shower/changing rooms and a warm welcome by Nour :) I went for barre class and I was burning all over ! A little fast paced but Olga provided great warm ups and cool downs. Totally enjoyed and afterwards she took the time to provide a workout plan for my personal goals with appropriate diet as well. Will surely come back again :) Thank you Reshape !

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Ladies-Only Workout Spot! This ladies-only workout place is absolutely fantastic. Anastasia is an incredible trainer, and the classes are top-notch, catering to every preference. My personal favorite is the B& abs class with Anastasia; the class flow is superb, and I've seen amazing results after just four sessions. You can access it through ClassPass or opt for a membership. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, and they provide towels, showers, toiletries, and spacious lockers. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the classes and facility are clean and comfortable. Fantastic experience: One of the best teams I have ever worked with in Dubai. Every single person is lovely and supportive. Dana specifically for me is one of the best trainers (they are all lovely and all of them are the best, I just have worked with Dana more than others) her classes are intensive but she will make the experience so nice that it becomes addictive. Overall when you join, the team will make you feel like you are family.

Fantastic experience: I really loved it there. Easy to arrange classes according to your needs. They asked if you have any health issues to guide you through exercises. I had Pilates and healthy back classes with coach Nelli. She was very nice and cooperative. I enjoyed it there. Classes are organized and clean. They have lockers, showers, towels, hairdryers and more. They have nice seating area. Prices are reasonable. Staff is so friendly. They give you all details and discuss your health problems and gives recommendations. I highly recommend. It a small lovely place with many activities. I wish they have windows with view. I prefer sunlight and light wall colors. Otherwise, everything is great. Their location is not easy to get. But, I could manage. Thank you team reshape. You make me happy every day.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The studio itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped for women! The trainers Yana, Olga and Anastasia were knowledgeable and passionate about helping me complete all exercises correctly but according to my level. The classes I attended were always fun and engaging, and the trainer and music kept me motivated throughout the workout!! What I loved most about Reshape studio was the sense of community. Everyone was supportive and encouraging and I felt like I was part of a team working towards a common goal - to be happy and get a strong and healthy body in a very inspiring and caring environment! The classes are great it feels like one a one class as the coaches are super attentive and always encouraging us to do more. Fantastic experience: I can’t describe how happy I am to find this place!! I didn’t hesitate to buy another membership. I have already been here for 1 month and I definitely see results. I lost some weight and got more toned! Here are some of my favorite classes: 1. Barre: this is an intense class for full body strengthening. This is my favorite class out of all. My results: I saw that my legs got more toned for sure. 2. Pilates: this is more low intensity. I suggest those who haven’t worked out before to start with pilates. Low-intensity but I still struggle in this class. Focus: Full-body and abs 3. Stretching: this class is focused on achieving both front and middle splits. The coaches make sure that we are warmed up to go into deep stretches. Definitely will do more of this now. ‍♀️ 4. Stretching + workout: this is a very fun class. It starts off with an intense full body workout for 1 hour and ends with 30 min of stretching (for splits). Not for the faint-hearted All the coaches are great! I love Dana’s classes the most ❤️
