Negative experience: The gym is so dirty. Equipments are mixed of old and new. Location is not bad. Due to these factors, it has a high membership cost.

Fantastic experience: The facilities are clean,well maintained,and everything you need for a great workout is available.Trainers are super helpful especially Mr.Fasil.He is very knowledgeable,supportive and always motivating.Highly recommended.

Negative experience: جم جيد جدا وكبير لكن المدربين لا يساعدونك ابداً الا اذا قمت بدفع مبلغ لهم ليكونوا مدربينك الشخصيين ، ماعدا المدرب خالد هو من يقوم بمساعدة جميع اللاعبين ويقوم بتوجيههم .. يجب على صاحب الصاله الرياضيه ان يقوم بتوبيخ المدربين للإهتمام باللاعبين بعيداً عن النقود

Positive experience: Free parking at certain times. Pray room and wash room available. Personal trainers available onsite. Some great gym equipment.

Positive experience: After one month subscription this is my idea - monthly 250 is overpriced comparing with other fancy gyms around. - gym is kinda small. Can be crowded. - trainers will not train you because it’s crowded so don’t expect much. Unless you pay for personal training. - parking is paid so it’s a disadvantage. - 24/7 timing, Restrooms for males and females + prayer hall is an advantage. - No Fazza or Esaad discount. I shifted to Gymnation which is better but with less price 209 monthly in yearly contract .

His training is tailored to meet your needs. But if you are unable to make it in the morning, then the trainer Khalid in the evening is an option

Coach Rohith is an excellent trainer, and he keeps fitness enthusiasts who train under him, motivated and on track with their fitness goals. I highly recommend this gym and him to anyone looking out for a good gym and a dedicated fitness coach.

Fantastic experience: Good gym. Rohit is a good teacher, very strict in terms of following proper workout procedure, motivator. Good equipment. Just to keep track of cleanliness and people who use the equipment leave their trash inside the sockets and water bottles wherever they finish their workout.
