I had to call the gym and was impressed when the owner answered and addressed our queries directly himself. My session there two weeks ago was fantastic; the staff, vibe, and equipment are all wonderful. Highly recommended!

The gym also has a open area to do medicine ball exercises as well as stretches. The gym also sell health pills and suppliments as well as offers food making it an overall experience.
