Negative experience: I joined Nashwan Gym (ladies branch) two days ago because I was told there’s a coach who stays with you, guides you, and monitors your performance — which was very important to me as a beginner. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the reality. The gym itself is very small, crowded with both people and machines, and it lacks many essential equipment. I was okay with that because I joined mainly for the coach support, which they claimed was included. However, when I went for my first session, the coach simply gave me the exercises and left. She didn’t stay to check if I was doing them correctly, didn’t correct my form, didn’t check if I was using the right weights — nothing. I felt completely on my own, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. I could have injured myself. What added to the frustration is that I paid before trying the gym, and when I asked for a refund after just half an hour, they still deducted AED 200 for “one day,” even though I didn’t even complete a full session. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend this place to beginners looking for proper coaching and support.

Fantastic experience: Been to several gyms before..This is my go to place..Very friendly and professional trainers who know what they are doing. Whether you have a personal trainer or not they are always there to help, guide and even train not similar to other gyms. Yes look wise its no comparison to those big fancy gyms with lounges and spas and difference facilities but I would rather be in a gym that gives and shows outcome than enjoy the look of it only.

Negative experience: في اجهزه متنوعه ولكن بدون صيانه ،، واذا خبرت الشريكة اللي فالجم واللي وياها (المدربه الفلبينيه ) بأي تعليق يحسن او يطور المكان يردون باسلوب منفر وفاشل ولاياخذون بعين الاعتبار ان التعليق هو للافاده وليس لمجرد تضيع الوقت او الدردشه ،، المكيف ريحته خامه وحر جهة الكارديو اهم مكان يحتاج تهويه والاجهزه تعبانه في هذا القسم،، صراصير صغار رشوا واختفوا بس ممكن يردون دامهم في هذا المبنى،،
