Fantastic experience: Honestly, one of the best gym I've been too. They make you feel like family and pay close attention to your child and their needs. Been to a lot gyms in Dubai but these guys are easily the most well rounded.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending classes here at SIAS for 4 or 5 months and enjoyed it a lot. I learned many new MMA skills, takedowns, submissions, and more. Coach Razmik and coach Darwin are very knowledgeable and professional in MMA. Thanks to their help, I won a competition. I would recommend anyone to join SIAS for self defense and training.

Fantastic experience: This gym won my 4 & 8 year-old kids’ hearts. The coaches know how to handle children and how to keep them excited throughout the class. I liked that the techniques were taught through age-appropriate games. To anyone looking for martial arts - self defense for themselves or their kids this place is highly recommended.

Great options for the gym membership and personal training. Has all kids of equipment for powerlifting and strength training. Kids attending the MMA and BJJ classes are truly enjoying it and learning life skills as well as discipline. As well as using there energy in the correct way. Helps with their motor skills and developments.

Fantastic experience: A great project that will open officially by the end of September or beginning of October. It's a project directed at training the future generations in the UAE. They will teach them selfdefense and many other qualities to boost their confidence and produce strong confident generations of youth in the area. The project chose Dubai and specifically this area in Dubai to be close to the neighbourhoods and schools for great coverage and accessibility to the children. They will also train adults both male & female. They already started with their ladies section in which they have all female staff at the highest level of competency and professionalism. Good luck SIAS and at last we have a project for children that is both beneficial & entertaining.

Fantastic experience: World class self defence academy Much emphasis on cultural values, physical and psychological health of the members at any age. The academy has also specific experience in caring for the around wellbeing of children at all ages. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Im glad i joined this particular gym. The coaches are the best, its cozy,super clean and offers a variety of classes like boot camp. Recently they introduced kids self defence classes in their newly opened section. My kids love it here.

Fantastic experience: This Academy has unique functions like it's not just "gym" . They teach self defense, MMA , Boxing, Kick boxing, trust me there are more! The place has its own value.. It has the grey and black combo which makes it look more aesthetic and it is my favorite too every staff working there has a very healthy and fit body which may inspire us to be fit and healthy as well and the administrative assistant is a very good and handsome guy
