We are an exercise physiology fitness laboratory through EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) technology, allowing you to exercise in an effective, intelligent and efficient manner. This full-body workout takes only 20 minutes. Muscles of the whole body contract 85 times per second, thus the method affects mostly the development of fast twitch muscle fibers.

Fantastic experience: Very effective and useful exercise sessions. Just 20 Minutes of work out makes you feel as if you had spent a whole week training. The staff are very friendly, understanding and attentive, they even provide dietary advice that helps your exercise become even more effective than it already is. Have been attending Body Time for more than a year now and my body has never been so balanced like it is now. My favorite trainer is Art.
