It was my first gym in my life .The rules and regulations set by Mr. Suroor are exceptional, creating a safe and supportive space for workouts. Unfortunately, me and my husband had to stop attending after moving to Al Rahba near Shahama. I genuinely admire Mr. Suroor's dedication to maintaining such a fantastic facility where both men and women can workout separately. I pray for continued success for him and hope to see this gym expand to every area of Abu Dhabi!

Mr. Suroor, our owner is also has a strict rules but he truly in love with his gym, gym is his life and his passion.

Negative experience: Sharing the details after 4 months of taking the services of the gym. The gym is very poor with the machines either of the day machines won’t work. The place is neat and clean but the ambience is very negative as you will see when you visit. Also the coaches keep on changing every 2 months so every time you need to start with very scratch. Neither the gym staff nor the owner has the audacity to behave with the clients. I would not refer any of my fellows for this gym. They would take a hefty amount and will have to manage all the time with the workouts.

Negative experience: I've been going to this gym for about 4 months since my first day on October 16, 2023, and I think it's time to share my thoughts. The main reason my friend and I stuck around is because it's a budget friendly gym, especially for beginners. But there are some issues. The ladies-only section has old equipment that often needs fixing. Even though they clean every day, it's still pretty dusty, and there's only one restroom without any tissue you've got to bring your own. What bothers me more is the lack of respect for women. There are posters around the gym saying not so nice things about women, and they won't let us talk in the reception area, assuming we're just seeking attention from guys. A couple of days ago, my friend got hurt because a machine wasn't working right. When I asked for help at the reception, they didn't have a first aid kit, and the staff seemed clueless. I even had to inform them through WhatsApp about what happened, but their response lacked any concern. It felt unprofessional, especially considering we've been loyal customers for four months. I've decided not to go back, and honestly, I can't recommend this gym anymore. Sure, it's affordable, but there are too many issues beyond the price that make it not worth it. It's puzzling why they have a ladies' section when the messages on their posters go against respecting women.
