Positive experience: The trainers here are really good, especially Mr. Sunil. Place is neat and tidy. Affordable considering the location & space. The only bad thing about this place is most of the time they play Hindi romantic songs. If you are planning to join this gym, just have a pair of headphones with you.

Fantastic experience: Considering the price, it's a good gym. Good variety of equipment. But should have more cable cross over machines. Very crowded between 5 to 9 pm. Cable cross over machine is never free during this time. Gym instructor is a very nice and active person. He is always running here and there to help and guide people. Five stars for him.

I prefer if you want to go for personal training choose this gym because I find the female trainer here she is good at getting your goal.

Trainers are the BEST i have come across. They love to train you. And you will have a personal connection with them provided you are a nice human being.
