Trainers are very friendly and helpful. They provide dietary suggestions according to your BMI regulations. Trainer Mr Siju is an absolute powerhouse. Very down to earth friendly and knowledgeable person. I totally recommend this gym if you are looking to change your life to a healthy one.

When i join first day in gym, Trainer UBAIS he teach me gym is a fantastic way of my life⛹️where i can push myself achieve better life‍ motivate myself for my target UBAIS showing me gym is not a benefit for physical activity it's benefit my mind too.. UBAIS is best trainer in this gym, I just follow his instructions loses 7 kg of fat in 3 month.. Ubais hospitality is very nice during workout he's help's and support lot with gym members.♥️ he's very great full person in my life I wanna to say thank you UBAIS from my heart ❤️❤️ If you hadn't taught me, maybe I never achieve fit muscles body so easily. You're really professional and best trainer in the gym. I'll recommen to people follow UBAIS exercise instructions for better & improvement lifestyle. ️

Fantastic experience: Sorry to saw this false news abut that the coaches of gym asking for Extra money for training .I am here in this gym since 2 years and I found all gym staff are very friendly and helpful. Even when they have day off or Rest time we call them and they assisted us from home for our daily workout . Mr.SIJO is one of the best amongst them .

Fantastic experience: I noticed that someone was complaining that the staff promoting only for a personal trainer , which is a lie as I have been a member for more than 5 years and none of the staff were trying to convince me to pay for personal training . Actually all trainers specially Sijo are amazing and helpful and never asked for money.
