ORA WELLNESS LOUNGE

Welcome to **Ora Wellness Lounge**, Sharjah’s premier holistic destination dedicated exclusively to women’s health, strength, and inner peace. Founded by three sisters with a deep passion for female wellness, Ora offers a serene sanctuary where members can rejuvenate their bodies and minds while navigating the unique journeys of life and motherhood. This boutique lounge combines advanced fitness techniques with restorative therapies to promote both outer beauty and inner wellbeing.

At the heart of Ora’s fitness offerings is **Lagree Fitness**, a revolutionary reformer-based workout introduced for the first time in Sharjah. Designed by Sebastian Lagree, this method delivers high-intensity results with minimal impact on joints and connective tissues. By utilizing adjustable spring tension, Lagree challenges up to 650 muscles simultaneously, building core strength, muscular endurance, and total-body resilience without the strain of heavy weights. For those seeking variety, Ora also provides **Mat** classes that blend light weights, resistance bands, and precision movements to sculpt and align the body, and **Stretch** sessions inspired by Korean wellness traditions to aid physical and emotional recovery.

Understanding the specific needs of women, Ora features a specialized **Yoga** program with classes tailored to all levels, including **Vinyasa**, **Power**, **Yin**, and dedicated **Prenatal** and **Postnatal** sessions designed to support strength during pregnancy and gentle core restoration after birth. Additionally, their unique **Hypopressive** training offers a non-invasive technique to activate the pelvic floor, reduce waistlines, and improve posture, making it ideal for both pre- and post-childbirth recovery.

Beyond movement, Ora’s wellness services provide comprehensive care. The **Massage** menu includes therapeutic options like **Maderotherapy** (using anatomical wooden tools to reduce cellulite and improve drainage), **Lymphatic Drainage** for swelling and detoxification, and specialized **Prenatal** and **Sports Massages** for targeted relief. Enhance your skin’s vitality with **Facials** such as the legendary **Fire & Ice** treatment or **Face Yoga** for a natural, toxin-free lift. At Ora Wellness Lounge, every element is curated to help you find balance, strength, and lasting wellness in a supportive, female-centric community.

Fantastic experience: The best classes with Hana, Fatima, & Ayse. I have been joining the mega former classes & I love it. It did wonders to my back pain & posture. Very serene feels and I like to pick my toga coffee after class. I’ll be back soon to try the microformer. Thanks Ora family ❤️
