Fantastic experience: The place is beautiful and very clean. This is what initially interested me, until I met the coaches, Angie and Iman. They have great and extensive experience in their field and always have positive energy, and this is what truly distinguishes the place. It has become my favorite and I started to enjoy it when I go to train.

Fantastic experience: I joined E Life EMS a month ago. The facility is clean and caters to the needs of all women who are looking to get fit and tone up their bodies. Trainers Engy and Eman are two gems. I absolutely love my 20 minutes of workout with Engy. Both are friendly and kind. Makes the training experience more amazing. Have been enjoying my sessions with them. Would definitely recommend it to the ladies in Sharjah who are looking for an aesthetically pleasing workout centre.

Positive experience: The coushes are fine , but the appointment are very difficult and u cant get appointment 2 or 3 days ahead they need to add more stuff to improve client experience as most of us are working and some times we have emergency changes in the plan .

Positive experience: The coaches and exercise is good but booking appointments is very difficult , many times they dont answer and slots not available afternoon so dont buy huge number sessions if u work as you will not finish them :)

Fantastic experience: It is about a month now with coach Engy, it has been a fascinating experience. My mum and I are very satisfied with the high equipped place, and the efficiency of the professional trainer Engy. My mother suffered from severe back pains and shortage in breath regularly as well as she wasn’t able to pray while standing up, but with experiencing the ems with coach Engy she can now practice her daily activities without any difficulties. Results are over expectations with such a coach like Engy. It has been a very great experience, and for sure we will be exercising with coach Engy continuously.

I find both trainers very friendly and welcoming hence I have recommended many friends and family to this place and they all have similar views of the place. The only suggestion would be if you can look at your prices and maybe come up with a few packages which are suitable for everyone and also expand your slots if possible. Thank you
