Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing.. For the time in my life I joined in this gym .. amazing facility, top equipment and great environment.. As someone who hasnt spent very much time in gym .. trainers( Aswathy and Anu) helped us become more comfortable and acquainted with the machine at the gym. I would recommend who all are residing in Muweilah to this gym.. Good service and friendly staff , super clean.. Idefinitly I would like to tell about the group classes .. its included in our charges.. highly recommend

She is very cooperative , friendly and efficient in her work. I'm getting good results just because of her. Group classes by other trainers are also very helpful and entertaining. They'r doing very good job.

Fantastic experience: Loving my experience at Jenoub Al Qassimiya branch Sharjah. Arifa is the best trainer I can ever ask for , always very motivating, friendly and making sure we follow along the steps during each group class. Good variation of group classes which mostly includes cardio which I enjoy more than working out on my own. Additional Zumba classes are also very effective to burn calories and fun too !

Fantastic experience: The place are clean and neat, and most importantly -for me- is the possibility to use the machines according to my health conditions, since I can use very few of them. They offer also group classes for ladies and for kids. The monthly fees are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful wich is highly appreciated.
