Negative experience: I hate to say this and don’t know how to feel, everyday I’m asked to show proof of my identity of me being a student here, I come around 6-7pm 3-4days a week and everytime I’m having to prove the same thing. Whereas my senior has just found a smarter option of just coming early in the morning at 6-7 or even at 9 when it opens, and the staff there doesn’t bother asking him whether he even is a student anymore, but he graduated and it’s his right to use facility of university. Is this some sortz of racial profiling? Because he’s Arab they don’t ask him? Or is it because I look older than my age and this is judgmental behavior? This disrupts the flow of mind of mine, when I walk in I’m focused on gym and wouldn’t want to be bothered with this ID card things… If I’m being bothered by this, how come he doesn’t even get checked?? Does this mean morning staff is partial and evening staff is not? This affects people mental state of being, and workout. And shows the proffesionalism of the place. Morning staff is better because they don’t close the gate and don’t ask for ID

I am especially thankfull to geo,, ayisha,, jessica . My child loves attending the daycare and has shown significant improvement in their social and cognitive skills. Fantastic experience: Baby Care at Body and Soul Health Club & Spa – Ajman I send both of my babies to the baby care at Body and Soul Health Club & Spa in Ajman, and I'm very happy with the service. The place is cleaned daily and always well-maintained. The staff are very active and caring with the children. They teach the kids every day in a fun and engaging way. There are so many toys available – my babies love it! All the staff members are friendly, professional, and attentive. Highly recommended for parents looking for a safe and stimulating environment for their little ones.

Negative experience: Not recommended. Gym equipment needs to be replaced because it is very old. The changing room is smelly and unclean, and most of the lockers are not working, beside no proper security in the gate, any one can enter whether you have a membership or not.

Negative experience: السلام عليكم أدخلت ابني دي 4 سنوات و نص في عطلة الصيف إلى المخيم الصيفي لكي يستفيد من مزاولة الأنشطة الرياضية. لأتفاجئ بإهمالهم المتكرر في ضياع أغراض ابني للحين فقدت 6 قطع 2 تيشرت و 3 شورت و قنينة مياه. و كل مرة اشتكي ولا تأخذ شكوتي على محمل الجد . اهمال مو طبيعي و عدم متابعة لشكاوي اهالي لا انصح بيه في حالة لو كان عمر الطفل أقل من 6 سنوات

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience at Body & Soul Summer Camp I enrolled my child, who has special needs, in Body & Soul’s summer camp with the hope of a supportive and enriching environment. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and concerning on multiple levels. Firstly, the camp operates with no clear uniform policy, leading to unnecessary confusion and inconsistency among the children. More alarmingly, I encountered misleading and dishonest behavior from the camp's management, particularly from Mr. Ayush. On multiple occasions, I was told by the swimming coaches that my son was doing well, and I personally observed his participation and progress. However, shortly after, a senior staff member, Mr. Shahbaz, gave what seemed like a pressurizing glance toward the coaches, and another staff member approached me with a completely different narrative, admitting in confidence: "Madam, we are doing against the municipality rule, and we are sorry." This clearly indicates that staff are being coached to mislead parents and not speak openly, especially regarding children with additional needs. It’s extremely troubling to witness such unethical conduct and lack of genuine care or inclusion for special needs children. Mr. Ayush seems more focused on monetary gain than child welfare, with little to no accountability or empathy for parents’ concerns. His behavior, and the atmosphere he fosters, reflect poor leadership and complete disregard for trust and transparency. I strongly advise parents, especially those of children who require special attention, to approach this camp with caution. Our children deserve honesty, structure, and genuine support — none of which I found here.
Dear Ms. Shilpa, We are truly sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience after your child’s two-day trial at our camp. We would like to clarify a few important points regarding your child’s participation. As you had initially mentioned, your child has a speech delay. During the trial, our instructors observed that he was unable to follow essential instructions, which unfortunately poses a safety risk to himself and to other children in a group setting. For this reason, we strongly advised one-on-one sessions with a certified special needs coach, which would better cater to his individual requirements and ensure his safety and development. However, despite our recommendations, you chose to proceed with the group sessions. Please understand that our primary concern is always the well-being and safety of every child in our care. We would also like to clarify that the trial was provided because we genuinely wanted to assess if our environment would be suitable for your child. Our intention was never about jus money, but about providing the best and safest experience possible. We sincerely hope you will reconsider personal training sessions with a certified special needs instructor to support your child’s growth in a safe and nurturing environment. Fantastic experience: I recently visited body & soul spa Beauty Salon which is located in Ajman, al jurf. for a hair highlights, threading, hand wax and blow dry was thoroughly impressed! The stylist was friendly, professional, and skilled, and the atmosphere was clean and modern. This salon has been mine and my mom’s favorite for the past one year. Negative experience: I used to be a regular member at the gym, and one of the main reasons for that was the presence of coach Mariana, who has over 30 years of experience in fitness training. Her classes were exceptional, and many of us would come specifically to attend her sessions because of their quality and effectiveness. Unfortunately, after Mariana left, the level of training has noticeably declined. The current trainers lack the same level of expertise and professionalism. I sincerely hope the management reconsiders and finds a way to bring Mariana back, or at least hires experienced coaches to maintain the gym’s high standards and keep members satisfied.

Negative experience: كنت من المشتركات المنتظمات في النادي، وكان من أبرز أسباب استمراري وتعلّقي به وجود المدربة ماريانا، التي تمتلك خبرة تزيد عن 30 عامًا في مجال التدريب. كانت حصصها مميزة وفعّالة، وكنّا نحضر إلى النادي خصيصًا للاستفادة من أسلوبها الاحترافي. للأسف، بعد مغادرة المدربة ماريانا، لاحظت تراجعًا في مستوى التدريب، حيث لم أجد مدربات يمتلكن نفس الكفاءة والخبرة. وهذا أثر على جودة التجربة الرياضية في النادي. أتمنى من إدارة النادي إعادة النظر في هذا القرار، والعمل على استقطاب مدربين ومدربات ذوي كفاءة عالية، وإن أمكن، إعادة التعاون مع المدربة ماريانا، لما لذلك من أثر إيجابي على رضا المشتركين وسمعة النادي

Negative experience: swimming classes occupied the pool most of the time. there is no space for others to swim. and why ladies are allowed to be at men swimming area ❌

We have separate lanes for swimming training, regular swimmers and members. The female parents are in the male swimming pool only during coaching session to see the coaching, they don’t use male swimming pool. We have arranged a separate waiting area for female parents.

Fantastic experience: I and my family including kids are members of this club for 4 years now, it has been a wonderful experience. The club has all major sports facilities — the squash court is excellent, tennis, badminton, and football are all top class. The gym is equipped with the latest machines and very spacious. swimming pool and the sauna and steam rooms, everything one can think of. staff is very professional and friendly, especially Mr. Shahbaz and the whole team. The membership is reasonably priced. It’s truly a must visit place, once you see it, it is hard to stay away!

Negative experience: There is an HR by the name of Farhan, this guy is very unprofessional and very rude to its employees and customer. This guy has no manners or behavior at all, it’s very sad that this guy is even working in such field.
Fantastic experience: This swimming center offers a fantastic environment for both beginners and experienced swimmers. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and the safety standards are top-notch. The instructors are friendly, skilled, and great at teaching techniques in a way that's easy to understand. Whether you're learning to swim or just looking to stay fit, this place is perfect. Highly recommended for all age groups!
Fantastic experience: I recently had a series of postnatal Ayurvedic massages at body and soul spa Ajman and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The sessions were deeply relaxing and rejuvenating for my body and mind . The atmosphere at the spa is serene and welcoming, and the all the staffs are very professional and caring. A special thanks to my therapist Chathurthi , who is attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout every session. Her knowledge of traditional Ayurvedic practices made a huge difference in my postpartum recovery.

Negative experience: الان اعطي الجيم صفر ستار لانه كانت الروسيه ماريانا مدربه صح بمعني الكلمه كان الجدول مالها فوول وكانت تنوع بالتمارين الحرق والمقاومه وفعلا كنت اعطي النادي ٥ستار لانه روسيه وفعلا تعرف شغلها صح ورياضتها صح واللكل يطلبها ام الان طلعو الروسيه مريانا وجابو مدربات والله مايعرفون اصل الرياضه تعرفون ليش نهو عقدها لانها كانت تبي بس شفت من الصباح الي ساعه ٤عصرا بسبب حالة انسانيه انسان مقرب لها بالدرجه الاولي بالسرطان يعاني وكانت تريد فقط ان تقف بجانب هالشخص لانها ماعندها الامكانيه تدفع للممرضه لكن الHR لم بنظر لهذه الحاله الانسانيه والمسؤلين اللي عندهم رفضو التعاون معها فقط يهمهم كيف ياخذون اشتراكات من المشتركين ولايهمهم راي المشتركين فقط بالنسبه لهم المال بالدرجه الاولي انصح لاحد يشترك تضامنا مع الحاله الانسانيه اللي اهم ثومبي شكرا

The therapist (Casey) and her colleague; I forgot to check her name, used calming oils and gentle techniques that eased muscle tension and helped restore balance after childbirth.
