Fantastic experience: #mytransformationstory Before and after weight : 78 kgs to 68kgs Health issues before transformation: constant weight gain after delivery Coach : Babu Vazhappilly Time taken : 3 months “I had gained a lot of weight after my delivery in February 2024. I weighed almost 78 kgs. My body was disproportionate and none of my clothes were fitting me properly. I use to eat less but still my weight remained the same. Then one day my husband suggested me to join the @gainsvaultgym where I was motivated & disciplined by my coach Mr. Babu Vazhappilly. Under his guidance, I got properly trained & a routine was set. I started loosing weight in the very first week, that made me consistent & happy. We ( myself & coach) started putting a lot of efforts & in these 3 months I would say the results were worth the efforts It changed my life positively and I gained good knowledge and habits. Negative experience: Unprofessional i called them to book appointment to go there the lady who replied was shouting at me talking in a very loud voice and unprofessional way then she hanged up so i called again she did not pick up !!
