Negative experience: Worst experience ever… for 1 hour class only 30 min they gave.. too much kids and nit paying attention

Negative experience: Its been my 7th time since i went to infinity gym swimming pool and at first the pool was fine but after my 2nd visit till now the pool is not clean you may find feathers or chips inside and the maintainance should be done strictly.And today i slipped from the edge of the pool and some marble which was broken at the edge struck inside my right leg it left my leg bleeding.And when they bought the first aid kit they didnt have the following essentials like(scissors,cotton,and hydrogen peroxide).So if you are choosing infinity gym pool just by seeing the photos..then first come and check if the pool is safe for you.Note for Infinity gym:Please focus on the mistakes so that other people dont get injured

Negative experience: Absolutely AWFULL. I don't recommend this pool to anyone. No maintenance. My friend slipped and fell on the edge. The piece of marble went inside his foot. My friends toe and my forearms are bleeding because of the floor. It's chipen away. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND FATAL. Don't come here if u want to stay alive

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Coach Waleed for more than 5 years, and I can confidently say he is one of the most professional, respectful, and experienced trainers in this gym. He has always treated his clients with care and has helped many people, including myself, achieve great results. From my experience, he is one of the oldest and most trusted trainers here, and I’ve never seen the kind of behavior described. Sometimes misunderstandings can happen, but I believe Coach Waleed’s dedication and character speak for themselves.

Fantastic experience: Greetings to the management of Infinity Gym Ajman. There is injustice in a comment from one of the players here on Captain Walid from one of the gym members. He claims and says in his comment that Captain Wali had a fight with him during the end of his shift, but the issue was in front of me from the beginning in all its details. The management appreciates reviewing the cameras in the place (Captain Walid collected all the devices and things from the members before the end of the shift by about 5 minutes. At that time, the plaintiff, Mr. Mohamed Atef, went to the training and took the handle from the stand. At the end of the training, he went to leave the gym. Here, Captain Walid called him, “Hey, son, if you please play on the device, you can return all the things after you finish the training.” Here, with all arrogance, Mr. Mohamed Atef said to him, “No, and you, your light.” Here, Captain Wali, after hearing these words from Mr. Mohamed Atef, left without saying another word to him because Mr. Mohamed Atef was unable to speak calmly, while Captain Walid left in front of him to do… He returned all the things after Mr. Mohamed Atef. Mr. Mohamed said to him, how can you walk while I am talking to you? You are supposed to stop and finish what I said. This is where the clash came from, but there must be mutual respect to avoid any shocks. For your information, Captain Walid is not new to this place. He has been working here for 5 years, and I have seen nothing from him but respect and appreciation for all the participants. While he helps anyone in training or consultation, do not say words other than reality. The management asked me to review the place’s cameras to see the conversation between the two parties.

Fantastic experience: This gym is very nice, the equipment is excellent, the trainers are strong and have the great ability to change the body and psyche, the pool is very clean and I would like to thank Coach Marwa for her cooperation and patience with me and my friends. She is a very nice and friendly person.

Fantastic experience: Good. Eman made us visot the gym and pool and everywhere. She is a good sales... Time written on maps was 24 hoirs open. It was wrong. I corrected it now. It's 7:00AM to 1:00AM

Negative experience: Gym is quite good always improving, reception guys very friendly, been there for 2 years now, but they failed the most important factor which is coaches, just today a coach named waleed (just joined gym recently) approached me in a very rude way ordering me to put a “handle” back the guy stopped me from going outside of the gym when I replied back that sorry maybe i missed it even it’s not my job but i like to put weights back, but a “handle” on a machine usually you just leave it for the next person it’s supposed to be there actually, the argument got tense and he physically touched me, TBH i replied back that he’s very rude i usually don’t see this here, the only reason im not filling a report about it that physical touch can make him lose his job which i don’t want to be part of genuinely. I remember i was almost joining another gym if it wasn’t for evelin but now I regret it and what i regret more is asking my colleagues to join that gym with such very bad mentality coaches.

Negative experience: Last month I visited this gym, accompanied by two friends. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time interacting with them. The treatment I received was downright appalling. The people at the reception were good and understanding. But when we met with the manager (namely Alfred I believe) not only he was rude but also disrespectful in his communication. Instead of being polite or understanding, he used shaming language that made the experience extremely unpleasant. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism, especially in an environment where customer service should be a priority. I truly hope someone correct his attitude, as it is clearly not suited for interacting with people in any capacity. Avoid this place if you value respectful treatment and decent customer service.

Fantastic experience: However, after my complaint, I was invited to a meeting with Mr. Imran, who handled the situation professionally and respectfully. He listened to my concerns patiently and took immediate steps to address them. I truly appreciate his attitude, leadership, and ability to resolve the matter in a mature and constructive way. Thanks to Mr. Imran, I now feel more confident that improvements are being made. I appreciate his effort and hope the team continues to follow his example.

Negative experience: I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after repeatedly experiencing and reporting serious issues, I feel a responsibility to speak up—especially when member safety is compromised. On numerous occasions, I witnessed children under the age of 10 running freely and unsupervised through the free weights area—an environment filled with heavy and dangerous equipment. This isn’t just careless; it’s dangerous. What’s worse is that I raised this issue multiple times with staff, yet it was consistently ignored. While trying to focus on my own workouts, I was repeatedly forced to intervene—interrupting my training just to move children away from high-risk areas when no staff member was present to act. The situation became so frequent that I began to feel more responsible for safety than the actual management. I only realized the full extent of this negligence while reviewing videos I had taken of myself for form checks—some of which incidentally captured these unsafe moments. Beyond the safety concerns, it’s become clear that this facility operates with a lack of integrity. The focus seems to be more on getting people locked into contracts than on providing a professional, safe, or supportive fitness environment. As a paying member, I expected better. This gym may offer nice equipment and a polished exterior, but when safety, accountability, and ethics are overlooked, it defeats the entire purpose of a fitness community. I truly hope management reconsiders its priorities before someone gets hurt. Until then, I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone who values safety, respect, or professional standards.

A special thanks to Eman and Marwa for their great support during the registration process – they made everything smooth and easy. The gym is also super convenient to access, with plenty of parking available inside the mall. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: The treatment was very poor. The people at the reception were rude and disrespectful in their communication. They were neither understanding nor polite. This is my first and definitely last time dealing with them. I truly hope they will be replaced, as they are not suitable for interacting with people. “If there was an option to give less than one star, I would have given it.”

Negative experience: The gym is good — clean, well-equipped, and a decent place to work out. However, I strongly recommend choosing only the monthly subscription. The long-term plans can end up being a waste of money if any emergency or unexpected situation comes up.

Fantastic experience: Its really a good gym. Every possible exercise machine is available and it spans around a big area where you won't face problem even during crowded sessions. They have place for aerobis and a big swimming pool too. You can learn boxing too but its paid. There are plenty to gym assistants and coaches who will help you for your needs. Best part is that uts not very expensive as compared to other branded gyms.

After the treatment, I returned to the gym and spoke to them about extending my membership since I wasn't there for two months. At first, they asked for some proof of my claim, and when I agreed , they changed their stance and told me that they wouldn't compensate me

He is very attentive and makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly. He also gives great advice on diet and nutrition. I would highly recommend Farai to anyone looking for a good gym .
