Fantastic experience: Great venue with ample parking. Everyday is different classes in the morning and evening and the classes are busy which brings a great atmosphere. Best part of F45 Town Square are the trainers. There friendly, engaging and really help with the right techniques for you to get the best out of the class and reach your goals. The set up, organization and variety of work outs ensure you turn up not knowing what the session brings but leave ready for the day ahead. The 5am classes allow me to have my workout before my morning family routine of school runs and getting to the office begins. Fantastic experience: Staring with F45 townsquare has been a great decision. My training had become repetitive and I wasn’t challenging myself. The classes at F45 push you every time and you leave knowing your body has had a good workout. The coaches are all really friendly and welcoming and encourage you to push yourself.

The trainers know when to push me by making certain exercises harder while also accommodating changes needed due to existing injuries/limitations. F45 is where I found my place, no mirrors, everyone in the zone, at different levels and able to go at their own level and pace, amazing tunes and super cool motivational coaches. Fantastic experience: When doing a group class you never really know what to expect. I’ve had my fair share of less than amazing experiences. But F45 at Townsquare was such a pleasant surprise! Fantastic experience: Gyms haven't truly been a part of my comfort zone, but I decided it was time to start exercising more and gradually ease into a fitness routine. I'm so glad I chose F45 Studio for this. I love the wide range of training classes available that are both challenging and fun! However, I think it's the superb team of trainers that gives F45 an edge. Fantastic experience: I’m absolutely loving F45 at Town Square. As a mother of 4 young kids I was incredibly nervous walking through the doors thinking I might be surrounded by gym bunnies. However I am surrounded by women and men of every age, level and ability and sessions are easily differentiated for people on both ends of the fitness spectrum. All coaches are fantastic. Motivational, supportive and lots of fun. For the first time in years I feel I am making substantial progress with my fitness and becoming part of a sort of community. Sessions are hard but I feel great afterwards. Timings are very convenient for busy working people with sessions morning and evenings.

They make sure you are doing the moves correctly during the session and will give you alternatives if it is too easy/difficult for you. Fantastic experience: Not only is it conveniently close to where I live or that it’s a great workout, what’s made me stick to it is the community. The trainers care about you, actually get to know you, and actually care about any injuries you have! This is a big deal as I’ve had trainers overlook injuries and actually make them worse. Fantastic experience: I have wanted to try F45 for a long time, however it looked scary and I thought it would be full of beautiful model like people, not people in their mid 40s with 3 kids who hadn’t exercised for years…. I dragged my husband along to the trial and how wrong I was! F45 is for everyone, fit, unfit, models and mums! The sessions are fabulous, different each time and the coaches are really supportive. Best of all you come out knowing you have had a workout, and really pushed yourself, rather than going to a gym and the only benefit being the free shampoo! If you are undecided give it a go for a month, you will definitely see the benefits.

Weight loss/muscle gain is definitely part of the journey but there is more to it, you feel it's a real community, each coach is amazing, welcoming and the ratio of trainers/trainees is perfect so they always keep an eye on you and how you are doing/positioning yourself. The workouts are really fun and diverse so you never know what to expect and don't see the time fly! All levels are welcome, I started after a 2 year break from gyms and feel strong again. Fantastic experience: I can honestly say after 15 years of living in Dubai, and having been a member at a lot of the large brand named gyms...F45 Town Square is the most welcoming and easy to integrate into gym I have trained at. The coaches super energetic and motivational and the people are lovely and friendly. There is such a great energy in the studio that the training is tough but somehow enjoyable and you walk out feeling like you deserve your morning coffee!

Fantastic experience: F45....mmm…. One of the most awesome (not gym - as I hate going to gym) I called community training studio , I would highly recommend to everyone and for all levels of fitness. The coaches are personally welcome every member as they enter the gym. The sessions are explained with an example of exercise being demonstrated both on the screen and by an instructor. The coaches come around and support with posture and also differentiate or add more challenge depending on your level or if you have some injuries they modified the movement for you. Fantastic experience: I was not an active person, due to health issues I had to start working out. I joined f45 townsquare 5 months back I thought that I will do it only for 3 months but after few sessions I really enjoyed working out. The classes fly by because they’re only 45 minutes long, which is perfect for me because I used to dread going to classes that were an hour long. Now, I enjoy going to workout at F45. Fantastic experience: By far the best decision I made this 2023 is to join F45 - Town Square! You won’t see me in any gym because it’s just boring BUUUUUUT F45 is something else. F45 Town Square team are amazing. They’re very friendly, approachable and inspiring. The workouts are different everytime. I always leave each class sore (LOL) but would always look forward to the next class anyway. I’ve been in a couple of weeks and I’m already getting compliments! ‍♀️ If you’re looking for a sign whether to sign up with F45, this is it!

Fantastic experience: One of the best Gyms I have trained at. Super motivational trainers. Great workouts, community feel and all in all Fun & sweaty 45 minutes of your day. Keeps you wanting to come back for more, That says a lot about the place. Great job to Oli and team :)

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love F45, Town Square! The coaches are approachable and very aware of their clients and their needs. I have an injury and every class they offer alternative exercises for me to do. They also know your strengths and really do push you to reach your personal best!
