Fantastic experience: The high energy workouts,knowledgeable trainers and welcome atmosphere at F45 Dubai Townsquare have exceeded my expectations.I appreciate the attention and encouragement i received during each session,which motivates me to push myself futher and stay committed to my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: F45 in Town Square, so far has been amazing and makes exercising easy. The set up, organization and variety of work outs ensure you turn up not knowing what the session brings but leave ready for the day ahead. The 5am classes allow me to have my workout before my morning family routine of school runs and getting to the office begins. The staff are very welcoming and give the place a sense of community and belonging. I would 100% recommend F45 Town Square for anyone of any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: Staring with F45 townsquare has been a great decision. My training had become repetitive and I wasn’t challenging myself. The classes at F45 push you every time and you leave knowing your body has had a good workout. The coaches are all really friendly and welcoming and encourage you to push yourself.

Fantastic experience: Started at F45 to give my fitness a much needed kick in the butt. It’s been excellent. The trainers know when to push me by making certain exercises harder while also accommodating changes needed due to existing injuries/limitations. Fantastic experience: I joined F45 TownSquare 2months ago after having my first baby, I have always worked out and play a-lot of team sports, this time I needed the extra motivation where it’s about quality over quantity workout, Im happy to say that Iv got my motivation back and I am Already feeling much stronger and more confident than I was before, I get to train with friends and the trainers are friendly and really helpful I enjoy the workouts and I am in and out in less than an hour which is perfect with a 6month old baby.

I’ve decided to join F45 town square Dubai a month ago and I couldn’t voice out how much I’m happy I’ve started my weigh loss journey with them. The combination of high-intensity interval training and functional movements keeps every session engaging and challenging. Fantastic experience: I have been going to F45 Town Square for the last year, the atmosphere is great, the coaches/staff are super friendly and great with motivating me and those attending to push boundaries. They are accommodating for all fitness levels and make the experience of working out super easy with everything prepared & ready to go from when you step foot inside. This is by far the best workout I have done in Dubai and offers so much more than regular gyms I have been a member of.

Fantastic experience: I really struggled with gyms, always felt super self conscious and although I wanted to exercise I wouldn’t go. F45 is where I found my place, no mirrors, everyone in the zone, at different levels and able to go at their own level and pace, amazing tunes and super cool motivational coaches. F45 becomes like a family with the out of gym activities where you can really get to know each other. Love the little motivational gestures they do - check my profile pic. F45 is the place where I challenge myself and find me - recently completed my 100th class (117 now, not that I’m counting) and heading for that 200.

Having been active my whole life, catching myself with a lack of physical motivation was an insurmountable challenge until I found F45. The classes are dynamic and as challenging as I want them to be. The coaches are motivational, knowledgeable and attentive. The schedule starts early enough that I can work out and make it back home to get the kids ready before we head out to school and work. Fantastic experience: When doing a group class you never really know what to expect. I’ve had my fair share of less than amazing experiences. But F45 at Townsquare was such a pleasant surprise! The coaches are very friendly, helpful and pay attention to every little detail. It rarely feels like a group class because of the personal relationship the coaches have with the members. Fantastic experience: Gyms haven't truly been a part of my comfort zone, but I decided it was time to start exercising more and gradually ease into a fitness routine. I'm so glad I chose F45 Studio for this. I love the wide range of training classes available that are both challenging and fun! However, I think it's the superb team of trainers that gives F45 an edge. All the team coaches I've met so far are very patient, encouraging, and will do their best to ease any intimidation or apprehension that you might have. Fantastic experience: I have been a memeber with F45 since before it officially openned in 2022. I have always felt supported and encouraged and motivated to do my best in each and every class. The variety of focus for each day (Cardio, Strength, or Hybrid) allows me to tailor it to my goals. The body analysis included in the membership helps me track my progress and adds a level of accountibility. The coaches and the other athletes have created a marvelous community that I look forward to hanging out with them for workouts, breakfasts, and any other activity the community provides. Fantastic experience: I’m absolutely loving F45 at Town Square. As a mother of 4 young kids I was incredibly nervous walking through the doors thinking I might be surrounded by gym bunnies. However I am surrounded by women and men of every age, level and ability and sessions are easily differentiated for people on both ends of the fitness spectrum. All coaches are fantastic. Motivational, supportive and lots of fun. For the first time in years I feel I am making substantial progress with my fitness and becoming part of a sort of community. Sessions are hard but I feel great afterwards. Timings are very convenient for busy working people with sessions morning and evenings.

They make sure you are doing the moves correctly during the session and will give you alternatives if it is too easy/difficult for you. Fantastic experience: Not only is it conveniently close to where I live or that it’s a great workout, what’s made me stick to it is the community. The trainers care about you, actually get to know you, and actually care about any injuries you have! This is a big deal as I’ve had trainers overlook injuries and actually make them worse. When you walk in, everyone welcomes you and the team makes you comfortable from day 1. The gym organizes breakfasts together and hikes, amongst a whole bunch of other activities, again creating a great F45 community. So happy I joined!! Plus, the workouts kick your bum

Fantastic experience: I have wanted to try F45 for a long time, however it looked scary and I thought it would be full of beautiful model like people, not people in their mid 40s with 3 kids who hadn’t exercised for years…. I dragged my husband along to the trial and how wrong I was! F45 is for everyone, fit, unfit, models and mums! The sessions are fabulous, different each time and the coaches are really supportive. Best of all you come out knowing you have had a workout, and really pushed yourself, rather than going to a gym and the only benefit being the free shampoo! If you are undecided give it a go for a month, you will definitely see the benefits.

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever!!..My whole lifestyle and mindset has changed for the better since I joined F45 TS. Weight loss/muscle gain is definitely part of the journey but there is more to it, you feel it's a real community, each coach is amazing, welcoming and the ratio of trainers/trainees is perfect so they always keep an eye on you and how you are doing/positioning yourself. The workouts are really fun and diverse so you never know what to expect and don't see the time fly! All levels are welcome, I started after a 2 year break from gyms and feel strong again. Fantastic experience: I can honestly say after 15 years of living in Dubai, and having been a member at a lot of the large brand named gyms...F45 Town Square is the most welcoming and easy to integrate into gym I have trained at. The coaches super energetic and motivational and the people are lovely and friendly. There is such a great energy in the studio that the training is tough but somehow enjoyable and you walk out feeling like you deserve your morning coffee!

Fantastic experience: I was not an active person, due to health issues I had to start working out. I joined f45 townsquare 5 months back I thought that I will do it only for 3 months but after few sessions I really enjoyed working out. I haven’t still reached my goal but I can feel that I am getting much stronger and I can feel few inches loss while wearing my jeans. The classes fly by because they’re only 45 minutes long, which is perfect for me because I used to dread going to classes that were an hour long. Now, I enjoy going to workout at F45. Fantastic experience: I have absolutely loved joining this studio. Oli and the other trainers make it the 5 stars. They all continuously encourage, push and make every session really fun. Even the 5ams. I am 19 weeks pregnant and they have made me feel 100 per cent comfortable and adapted exercises for when I have needed them to be able to carry on working out like I did previously. I am SO glad it has opened in town square and would encourage anyone to give it a try.

Fantastic experience: F45 makes training fun! Every class is different, which keeps it from being boring. The trainers are super friendly, give feedback while you work out, and push you when you need it. I totally recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I am such an advocate for F45 !!! If I could rate 10 stars, I would F45 has literally transformed my life in ways I could NEVER articulate fully. F45 gave me clarity in my mind, a community & friends for life. It made me fall in love with life again I used to HATE exercise & going to the gym, as I found it incredibly boring & tedious I LOVE how the F45 workouts are different every single day, the different weight options available to push oneself, the screens to remind you of the exercise & the fun music that creates the best atmosphere & vibe. Onto the trainers! Oli, Lenka, Katie, Lemar, Emma & newbie Sam, are absolutely great You all have the passion & personality to keep one motivated & when I’m being lazy, I really appreciate you guys pushing me, even if I can’t breathe I truly value how down to earth & genuine each coach is & how going above & beyond, makes a huge difference to your Members. I genuinely look forward to my daily sessions & I now LOVE my mornings, seeing you all & having a laugh throughout the class, before our days have actually started. I love how Oli + Co are so keen to build & maintain this amazing community we have, via the dinners & events we have had thus far. They really have been heart warming for me, feeling part of something so wonderful as well as seeing, meeting & spending time with people outside of our sporting environment & letting our hair down Even how TK has attended alongside other Branch Managers, it’s amazing as it shows just how much everybody cares & wants to be a part of all the excitement. I’m sure I speak on behalf of all our Members but thank you to all of you for doing an absolutely fantastic job! From the beginning with Oli & the classes in D2Studio (OG’s ), the outdoor classes when the weather was a little cooler, to the opening of our fabulous new studio. Fantastic experience: Confidently saying it's unlike gyms, sports studios, diet plans, F45 has provided me a style of training that is never repeated and helps build and sculpt lean muscles through a group of super professional trainers. Needless to talk about the motivation and encouragement in a group, in a no-mirror/selfie environment. You'd be building muscles and new friendships as well. Can't say it's inexpensive, but can tell it's a life-changing. You invest in your priceless wealth: Health.

The structure of the classes are different every time keeping you coming back for more, and there’s always room for improvement and to challenge yourself. Its super efficient too, in and out in 45 mins. But what really makes this place special are the coaches and the community they’ve built. We show up for each other, every single time <3
