When I met him, I was extremely underweight and he helped navigate eating enough and working out. Jake prioritized my health and helped get me in a position where today, a healthy weight, working out 5 times a week, eating 3 meals a day and feeling better than ever. Fantastic experience: This is my review about training with Jake. I have trained with him intermittently and I’m impressed with 3 things- his ability to read the client, him showing up on time always and the training methodology. He drove away my misconception that sweating meant an effective workout. I’ve felt the worst burn on a bicep curl when he corrected my form and set the pace. I have been weight training for 13 years and I can identify class when I see it. Would recommend Jake highly to anyone who is starting out or is even at an advanced level! Good luck Jakey!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing lad and more importantly a great personal trainer. I wasn’t sure if he’d be able to fix me up a few months away from my prom, but the end results speak for themselves. I look incredible. I lost a fair amount of fat and in the process I’ve put on a good amount of size.
