Fantastic experience: I’ve been training for a few months. It’s been a very exciting and motivating journey with Nicole. I definitely started not being a person who would be motivated to move and workout, however, after I started with her, I’ve been so motivated and I really enjoy my sessions. She’s very accommodating, as I’m a high school senior and always end up changing my session timings. Also, she enjoys playing with my dog and really fosters a fun environment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Nicole for one month only, during which I lost four kilograms, besides my fitness improved so much, I’m continuing with her and would definitely recommend her to others. I don’t like sports but Nicole is very pleasant and I love doing sessions with her.

Fantastic experience: Always a great workout with Nicole, motivating and fun! I’m not a gym person at all as it’s so Unpersonalized in the group classes, but with Nicole and the group it’s fun working out, great exercise.

Fantastic experience: Ich trainiere mit Nicole seit ca. 3 Monaten und bin total happy und fuehle mich super betreut. Sie motiviert mich jedes Mal etwas weiter an meine Grenzen zu gehen und wir haben trotz der koerperlichen Anstrengungen auch immer viel Spass und nette Gespraeche. Fuer mich war es anfangs als Rueckbildung nach einer unkomplizierten Schwangerschaft gedacht. Nicole hat mir prima geholfen wieder besser in Form zu kommen und meinen Beckenboden zu trainieren. Ich kann sie jedem sehr empfehlen. Danke!

Fantastic experience: Nicole is an amazing Personal Trainer and Instructor. She is always very motivating, pushing me to train harder and go beyond my limits. I had some great results with her already after few sessions. She truly knows what she is doing and always there for a good laugh. She is very professional in all aspects.
