F45 Training Town Square

Fantastic experience: It’s my first time doing F45 and the experience has been great. I’ve been warned that people tend to get injuries doing it, but the coaches in the Town Square brach are attentive, they are vigilant in checking the your technique and correct you if you’re doing it incorrectly making sure you get the most benefit out of a certain movement. Everyone is friendly - not just the staff but also the people that train with you. There is also a warm sense of community with the events that they organise. I love the vibe so far and the benefit it has given me as shown on the in body scale and am very pleased I signed up.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing F45 training on and off for many years and I find it extremely efficient and probably one of the best ways to get in shape quickly. It's a great combo of cardio and weights and it's so well set up with short bursts of exercises and visual cues that it tricks the brain to think its quicker and easier than it actually is. It also lets you switch off and really immerse into the workout. I started attending the F45 Townsquare a month ago, 2 months after having a C-section. All the coaches are super attentive and present, and always advise / correct / help with the exercises. They made it very easy for me to get back into fitness avoiding injuries. They are also super friendly and create a happy and encouraging feel to the studio. Signing up for F45 was the best thing I've done to bounce back from pregnancy and childbirth and feel like myself again!

Fantastic experience: The Town Square team is incredibly supportive. I went to F45 with knee problem and wanted some special guidance during exercise not to harm my knees or make the situation worse. I have received the attention of the coaches, and they were advising me what to do and how to do it. Also the weekly workouts are engineered to work every muscle of your body and take care of your motion. Coaches also reach out to you if you disappear for some time, there is follow up messages to check how you feel with the progress. The whole team + the customers are literally one big group of close friends, we workout together, go out together have fun together. It is everything i was looking for

As someone with a desk job, I’ve noticed a significant difference in my body’s ability to handle long hours of sitting. Fantastic experience: I think this particular f45 has the best coaches for the pure reason that they really put an effort in making sure peopledo the excersises correctly !!!!! All the coaches are super devoted to each and every person in the place. That's super important because you could be going to a place and if you don't do the excersises correctly then you won't see a difference. Then the nice thing is that the coaches try to motivate you positively right from the moment you walk in the place. I highly recommend the f45 in townsquare. It's organised, friendly, clean and you will see the difference in your body if you are willing to put in the effort.

F45 is where I found my place, no mirrors, everyone in the zone, at different levels and able to go at their own level and pace, amazing tunes and super cool motivational coaches. Having been active my whole life, catching myself with a lack of physical motivation was an insurmountable challenge until I found F45. The classes are dynamic and as challenging as I want them to be. The coaches are motivational, knowledgeable and attentive. The schedule starts early enough that I can work out and make it back home to get the kids ready before we head out to school and work. Fantastic experience: When doing a group class you never really know what to expect. I’ve had my fair share of less than amazing experiences. But F45 at Townsquare was such a pleasant surprise! The coaches are very friendly, helpful and pay attention to every little detail. It rarely feels like a group class because of the personal relationship the coaches have with the members. Fantastic experience: Gyms haven't truly been a part of my comfort zone, but I decided it was time to start exercising more and gradually ease into a fitness routine. I'm so glad I chose F45 Studio for this. I love the wide range of training classes available that are both challenging and fun! However, I think it's the superb team of trainers that gives F45 an edge. All the team coaches I've met so far are very patient, encouraging, and will do their best to ease any intimidation or apprehension that you might have. It's only been a few months, but I've already noticed a significant increase in my energy levels and strength. I now genuinely look forward to the workout hours!

The variety of focus for each day (Cardio, Strength, or Hybrid) allows me to tailor it to my goals. The body analysis included in the membership helps me track my progress and adds a level of accountibility. Fantastic experience: I’m absolutely loving F45 at Town Square. As a mother of 4 young kids I was incredibly nervous walking through the doors thinking I might be surrounded by gym bunnies. However I am surrounded by women and men of every age, level and ability and sessions are easily differentiated for people on both ends of the fitness spectrum. All coaches are fantastic. Motivational, supportive and lots of fun. For the first time in years I feel I am making substantial progress with my fitness and becoming part of a sort of community. Sessions are hard but I feel great afterwards. Timings are very convenient for busy working people with sessions morning and evenings.
