Every class at F45 Town Square feels like a wild combo of party-meets-bootcamp where Jack somehow convinces me squats are fun and Kat smiles while doing burpees (which should honestly be illegal). They bring the energy, the vibes, and the perfectly timed jokes that make 45 minutes fly by faster than my willpower near a donut shop. If you want coaches who make you forget you’re working out (until the next day when your legs remind you), Jack and Kat are the dream team. The best duo since peanut butter and jelly—just with way more dumbbells and high-fives!

Fantastic experience: It’s my first time doing F45 and the experience has been great. I’ve been warned that people tend to get injuries doing it, but the coaches in the Town Square brach are attentive, they are vigilant in checking the your technique and correct you if you’re doing it incorrectly making sure you get the most benefit out of a certain movement. Everyone is friendly - not just the staff but also the people that train with you. There is also a warm sense of community with the events that they organise. I love the vibe so far and the benefit it has given me as shown on the in body scale and am very pleased I signed up.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing F45 training on and off for many years and I find it extremely efficient and probably one of the best ways to get in shape quickly. It's a great combo of cardio and weights and it's so well set up with short bursts of exercises and visual cues that it tricks the brain to think its quicker and easier than it actually is. It also lets you switch off and really immerse into the workout. I started attending the F45 Townsquare a month ago, 2 months after having a C-section. All the coaches are super attentive and present, and always advise / correct / help with the exercises. They made it very easy for me to get back into fitness avoiding injuries. They are also super friendly and create a happy and encouraging feel to the studio. Signing up for F45 was the best thing I've done to bounce back from pregnancy and childbirth and feel like myself again!

Coaches also reach out to you if you disappear for some time, there is follow up messages to check how you feel with the progress. Fantastic experience: I think this particular f45 has the best coaches for the pure reason that they really put an effort in making sure peopledo the excersises correctly !!!!! All the coaches are super devoted to each and every person in the place. That's super important because you could be going to a place and if you don't do the excersises correctly then you won't see a difference. Then the nice thing is that the coaches try to motivate you positively right from the moment you walk in the place. I highly recommend the f45 in townsquare. It's organised, friendly, clean and you will see the difference in your body if you are willing to put in the effort.
