I’ve been an F45er for the past five years, training at different studios across Toronto, and now that I’m in Dubai, I decided to give F45 Jumeirah a try — and I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere here is amazing — super friendly, motivating, and full of energy. The coaches are incredible and genuinely care about your progress. Definitely my favorite F45 studio ever!

Positive experience: F45 gives you intense 45-minute workouts that combine strength, cardio, and functional training. The sessions are always varied It offers 45-minute sessions during the week and a one-hour workout on Saturdays I stayed with them for 4 months, but then I wanted to change because the gym was a bit far and I was always stuck in traffic. While I was traveling, they charged my card The first time I let it go, but when it happened again, I realized this would keep repeating, so I contacted the bank and changed my card The studio manager personally messaged me on WhatsApp and, indirectly, said he noticed he couldn’t charge my card and asked for the new card details to renew my membership Recently, I subscribed through a third-party access program that allows me to go to different gyms But I noticed their attitude became cold; they started ignoring me and using “administrative complications” as an excuse. I contacted the third-party program, they spoke to them, and they promised me the same issue wouldn’t happen again. I booked a class the day before 24 hours before the class early in the morning, and went to bed early so I could finish the workout first thing in the morning before handling my errands. I saw that they read my message, and there was still space in the class, but they decided to ignore me. The problem is I wasted my time, kept calling them, and no one answered. But I noticed their attitude became cold; they started ignoring me and using “administrative complications” as an excuse. I contacted the third-party program, they spoke to them, and they promised me the same issue wouldn’t happen again. I booked a class the day before, early in the morning, and went to bed early so I could finish the workout first thing in the morning before handling my errands. I saw that they read my message, and there was still space in the class, but they decided to ignore me. The problem is I wasted my time, kept calling them, and no one answered. my suggestion is to improve the booking flexibility and customer service, as calls and messages are often left unanswered or just seen without a reply

Fantastic experience: It is an amazing 45 minute format. You just have to show up in your gym clothes and a bottle of water. You get everything, different types of exercise (everyday) for all levels of fitness, experienced coaches attention, amazing vibe & music, cool down stretches, towel & shower. You are done for the day in about 60 minutes. It has made me regular with my exercise and significantly improved my health, sleep and biomarkers. Highly recommended F45 & you must take care of your health.

A major turning point for me was when I'd paid for the month but then stopped showing up for a week. Coach Rumi called me personally to check in and motivate me to get back to the gym. It's rare to find a fitness trainer who also acts as an accountability partner. F45 truly deserves my top rating!

Last April, my husband and I decided to give F45 a try, and the experience was so fulfilling that we've remained members ever since! F45 offers well-rounded workouts that focus on strength, hybrid, resistance, and cardio. There is a variety of workouts, so you never get bored and train all parts of your body. There are two coaches present in each class who provide friendly, helpful guidance. They are dedicated to making sure everyone feels comfortable and included. They also share a lot of useful information about nutrition. The studio is clean, well-organised, and well-equipped. Additionally, they offer delicious coffee if you ever need an extra energy boost! The location is conveniently situated with plenty of free parking. With a protein house and a Carrefour grocery store next door, you'll find yourself shopping healthier after your workouts. So, it's a WIN-WIN! The vibe at F45 is fantastic. They host 45-day challenges for added motivation, which not only are a lot of fun but also an opportunity to push your limits. They also organize events such as hikes, track events, and social gatherings, that are open to friends, family, and kids. In summary, F45 is the place to be if you're passionate about fitness. Even if you're not, but need that extra push to start enjoying workouts, F45 is undoubtedly the place for you!
