Fantastic experience: What I love about the F45 Jumeirah branch is the energy of the coaches (all of them! ) and their playlists! For me, it's very important, it gives us an extra boost with every rep. Most importantly, the coaches don't just walk around; they push you beyond your limits, cheer you on, and believe in you. They applaud every member's progress. Job done right! Extra stars for Mark⭐️, Kofi⭐️, and AJ⭐️ for being extra fun coaches! ⚪️

Fantastic experience: This long overdue review is about F45, a place that continues to excite me every single day, and it has been this way for over a year! Last April, my husband and I decided to give F45 a try, and the experience was so fulfilling that we've remained members ever since! F45 offers well-rounded workouts that focus on strength, hybrid, resistance, and cardio. There is a variety of workouts, so you never get bored and train all parts of your body. There are two coaches present in each class who provide friendly, helpful guidance. They are dedicated to making sure everyone feels comfortable and included. They also share a lot of useful information about nutrition. The studio is clean, well-organised, and well-equipped. Additionally, they offer delicious coffee if you ever need an extra energy boost! The location is conveniently situated with plenty of free parking. With a protein house and a Carrefour grocery store next door, you'll find yourself shopping healthier after your workouts. So, it's a WIN-WIN! The vibe at F45 is fantastic. They host 45-day challenges for added motivation, which not only are a lot of fun but also an opportunity to push your limits. They also organize events such as hikes, track events, and social gatherings, that are open to friends, family, and kids. In summary, F45 is the place to be if you're passionate about fitness. Even if you're not, but need that extra push to start enjoying workouts, F45 is undoubtedly the place for you!

The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and will push you to challenge yourself beyond what you thought was possible. On top of that, the energy they bring to the studio and the way they encourage everyone to be a ‘team’ is hugely inspiring. Always on hand to teach technique and give advice. They have built a brilliant community and make every workout great fun. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: F45 is genuinely a nice change from your typical gym routine. It's well-balanced with circuit training, functional exercises and pretty savvy tech. Trainers there know their stuff, and the friendly vibe makes sweating it out a bit easier. More than just a spot to lift weights, F45 makes working out decently enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Amazing all around! Everyday is different and the atmosphere is so encouraging. The coaches are very supportive and make sure you’re getting the most out of the classes. I joined 3 months ago and I am loving all of the new things I learn each time I come. It’s a very positive environment, amazing facility, and a beyond friendly community. I have more strength now than I've had in a while and feel better than I've ever felt. Will be back and back again!

Apart from that the team of AMAZING couches like Sean, Runet, Noor, Dan, Sav, Nicole, and Edvige makes it even better, they are not only some of the BEST couches who guide you through the workout but absolutely amazing human beings I have come across, they make the whole experience worth while! The studio itself is extremely well equipped, tidy and there is plenty of parking outside. I would recommend F45 Jumeirah branch to all my friends!!!! It's truly an amazing experience.
