Fantastic experience: Amazing facility with a great team of professionals and enthusiasts, in particular Sanam stood out as an instructor pushing people hard (which is why we pay someone to stand over us rather than doing it at home!) but within people limits and capabilities, I'd recommend JLT and for choice would also pick Sanam's classes.

Real pilates is one of few if not the ONLY studio in dubai using the stott pilates method, the most advanced and safest form of pilates that mix between body rehabilitative science and muscle strengthening techniques.

Fantastic experience: Previously I attended mat pilates classes at a different studio. However, after attending the reformer core at Real Pilates I am convinced this is the right studio for me. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I have had a few different instructors and all of them are great. They are patient and explain every exercise in detail and they make sure you are doing the exercise correctly! Great studio! I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Ive always been a bit intimidated by Pilates and all the swanky/ beautiful pple that attent most classes that I had been to previously. But RealPilates is different: lots of REAL pple just trying their best, as I am. I love the cozy and non-pretentious vibe here and the staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Esp Alex and Jackie. The teachers clearly knw their stuff and will do their best to correct u throughout the session. Really love both Sara and Maja as my faves. They also offer flexible packages that show they wang u to stick w ur classes (not just take ur money). Really love going here.

Fantastic experience: Rachael is the best pilates instructor I have trained with. I love all her classes and always feel like I've had a great work out. She is professional and pays great attention to detail. She understands exactly what the body needs and so her classes always comprise a good balance of strength training and mobility/stretching. Definitely recommend booking Rachael's classes.

The customer service is amazing,the location is good as it is really easy to find and it’s accessible, the instructors are professional & helpful and the vast variety of classes they provide is so great as you have a wide range of exercices to choose from.I highly recommend Real Pilates to everyone.I’ve been a frequent comer for 8 months and don’t regret it a single bit,it really is the best for workouts.

I’ve had 3 reformer core classes with 3 different instructors (my choice) all of which were very professional, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and in the correct position so as to avoid injuries. I feel it is strengthening my sore back already. Each class has been run really well and on time, it feels very relaxed yet you get a full workout. It’s also super clean. I can definitely recommend RealPilities.

Fantastic experience: Clinical Pilates has been integral in managing a chronic illness I have lived with since 2008. Real Pilates Jumeirah is the second studio I have attended since moving to Dubai & I love it. The friendly support staff are professional, caring and always prepared to go the extra mile to provide information & sort out any booking or payment concerns. Most importantly the studio & equipment is clean, well maintained and of high quality. There are an extraordinary number of classes every day of the week, the instructors are wonderfully varied, experienced and professional. Feedback is asked for and taken on board after every class & new instructors are nurtured, encouraged and very quickly add something of their own to our pilates experience. There is a range of classes that is hard to find at other studios - suitable for beginners to the more advanced, from pure mat to advanced chair. I have been so pleased to introduce my partner to Pilates, he has gone from one to one classes where he learned the basics to now feeling comfortable to attend the open reformer, chair and mat classes. I have met new friends, found new places to shop and eat with access and parking also a breeze...what is not to love!

Fantastic experience: Of all the Pilates Studio I’ve been to, Real Pilates is my number one preferred studio. The studio is always clean and the equipments are well kept. The instructors take their time to explain the moves and corrects your posture accordingly. I feel a difference every time I attend a session. And on top of all that, everyone is so welcoming.

The instructors are well qualified and certified and equipment is high quality. Great and easy to use app to book and modify classes. Front of house team are super friendly, helpful and efficient. All in all a great experience. Location is good and parking and access is easy in Jumeirah.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Real Pilates whether youre a beginner or been doing it for a while. The place is super clean, the staff from reception to instructors are superb and you get a nice sense of community. Rachael and Csilla are AMAZING and i genuinely miss it when a week passes and im unable to attend a class. The variety of exercises and equipment used from reformer to mat is diverse and ensures you get a full workout thats never dull.

Another interesting class is the barre with Helen, she is so fun and kind and her class is really tough! Must try both classes!!
