Fantastic experience: Just had Micro Form session with Jayson Goldberg. So intense (in a good way!) motivating and I can feel it’s working! Happy with my body response (muscle pain everywhere which means they’ve been properly used and moved! Facility is very clean and cozy, locker room with two shower rooms (body soap, shampoo, conditioner bath towels available), bathrooms, they have amenities like cotton pads, makeup remover, hair dryer, straightener as well. Staff were very friendly, I was warm welcomed. Had a great morning with them and I’d love to go back soon!

Positive experience: The classes and the instructors are phenomenal. Really wish they were on ClassPass. The only disappointments I have are the fact they didn’t answer my complaint. I got a skin infection after working out at their studio, which really shocked me. My other disappointment is the fact that I got a reminder via email that I was added from a waitlist for a class, but then when I arrived at the studio my name wasn’t on the list and I drove 30 mins and asked beforehand before arriving to the studio. Hope my review helps.

Positive experience: Amazing classes , wonderful teachers , cool studio But absolutely unacceptable strict timing policy. This is a leisure sport center , not a military or bank where people are not allowed to attend the class that they paid and booked in advance because they are 5-10 mins late . This has to be fixed .

Fantastic experience: My first class with RA, and it was an excellent class. That microformer looks small but wow it makes you work Sam was also fantastic, really clear instructions and made me feel at ease straight away. The studio itself is beautiful, such a welcoming space with everything you could need. Karen at the front desk was also very helpful. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I love the classes at Reform Athletica. Their trainers are well trained, polite and very friendly. The studio itself has a very zen like vibe, so its a great place to get away and do your workouts. The variety of classes they offer is great and it opened up a new space of workouts for me that I hadn’t explored before. Do try their starter package, and you will get hooked onto the place :)

Fantastic experience: Reform is the place I come every week for either a pilates class or finding my zen in their yoga sessions. The trainers are amazing and push you the right amount. Their energy is infectious and makes you want to try harder each time.

Positive experience: 7 Pilates stations . Wish the there were more ladies classes early in the morning with different female instructors . Same goes for the TRX class . Paid parking is available in the front, otherwise park in Mercato Mall for free and walk to the studio. Wish instructors used a mic to be able to hear better over the music . Classes depend on the teachers honestly, same class can be totally different . Complementary towels available and water ( bring your own bottle).

Fantastic experience: Reform Athletica has been one of my favorite fitness experiences. From clean and organized facilities, to knowledgeable and friendly staff. The trainers are extremely thoughtful, the classes are accommodating to most fitness levels. Personally, going to a group class is somewhat uncomfortable to me, but the size of classes in this facility guarantees that each person gets special attention from the instructor so you will avoid injury or strain. I have rarely worked out without constantly looking at the time, waiting for the class to be over. In these classes, I haven’t once taken my phone in with me, I tuck it away in the very nicely designed locker room. The class timings are great as well, there’s a class almost every hour. Morning classes are available for early birds, showers are equipped with toiletries and essentials, as well as sweat bags and fresh towels. You really appreciate the attention to detail. It really is a great experience that will encourage you to activate your body. You can purchase packages and book directly through the app. You can also waitlist if the class timing you want is full. Grip socks are available to purchase at the counter (didn’t even know I would want these but lo and behold here I am proud owner of grip socks) Honestly, I’m a big fan, I really hope they reach higher levels of success. It is well deserved. If you’re considering a new workout or different place to start, if you haven’t gone to the gym in a while (or ever) try out their classes FIRST ONE FREE, you really have nothing to lose. Try them out and I guarantee you won’t leave without getting a package. Good luck!

Fantastic experience: One of the best workouts i've ever done in dubai. Both the reformer class and TRX . The instructors are amazing - and because the classes are limited in size you get a lot of personal attention ( think less injuries ) !! really feels like a boutique fitness studio in nyc <3 great job guys
