I tried Asmas Antidote… and it was wonderfully refreshing and cleansing. Perfect for a hot summer Dubai day. You can tell you are consuming real ingredients and doing good for your health. This paired with the avocado toast was true a perfect combination The doctors are very professional. They listen intently and tailor a treatment as per your specific situation. Can’t say enough good about the wellness centre. It is the whole package! It a great getaway sanctuary in the city

Fantastic experience: So glad we found it last year, and it has become our Sunday tradition. We now love pilates thanks to Walid who is the master of his vocation. If you are struggling to find a proper pilates studio (as I did), trying to comb through all the "instagram hyped russian influencer" type places - then this will be a heaven for you.

I love how open and light it is and the garden is such a beautiful space to relax and listen to the birds. If you get a chance go the 100 Cafe. The food is so filling and healthy! It feels like everything at the centre is done with care. Can't wait to go back!

He has helped me overcome a lot of issues due to my intense training regime. He has also been adjusting my kids since they were babies. One of the best chiropractors in Dubai hands down.

Fantastic experience: My visit to The Hundred Wellness is due to Dr Manjari (Homeopath) whose treatments are none other. The balance she strikes by uniting ancestoral wisdom with new age medicinal field is phenomenal. The reception team always make it helpful to book/ send prescription/allow follow ups smoothly. Overall an experience that is for body but touches the soul. Please note this is my personal opinion and experience and I have no affiliation. Just a happy patient (if you want to call it that way :)

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Ms. Hened Shouieri enough. Apart from being extremely professional, she relieved my pain from the first session, which had been accumulating for many years. I was desperate, suffering from lack of mobility in my right leg and having lost my flexibility. Ms. Hened restored all of the above in my first session with her magical hands by applying dry needles technique and reaching to the the core of my problems. I couldn't recommend her enough, but I can say that I believe in physiotherapy again because of her; it's my new addiction, and for all the ladies out there, this session is much better than any botox or filler, giving me back the ability to move painlessly and feeling so young. Thank you a million times

Fantastic experience: Yesterday my husband and I visited their cafe for breakfast and fell in love with the space. It is a wellness Centre and also has a cafe. Apart from the a la carte menu, the cafe serves an AED 99 brunch every day that includes a cold and hot drink, a dish and a dessert. It is a good value for money and the food and drinks were amazing.

Fantastic experience: I love this place, it feels like you are on some get-away and not in Dubai! Good energy all around. Best oat milk hot chocolate ever. Nicest staff. Whenever I had to wait between the sessions I would work in the cafe, and they have such nice healthy options/teas. I spent 9 months seeing Hened, who has helped me massively with a hip issue lasting 20 years. I made more flexibility/mobility progress with her than I have done over all these years. Miracle! I feel so healthy and great, and although I have moved back to the UK, Hened left me with routines I can incorporate into my daily life so I do not lose all the progress we made together! She is the kindest, coolest and most professional physiotherapist! I cannot recommend her enough - everyone I recommended her to said the exactly the same. THANK YOU HENED, WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST! My mum has been seeing Gary Fitzgerald - he is honestly the best chiropractor in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: I had my RTT session with Helen when I was in a very bad space in my life. Negative thoughts I had about myself and just depressed. Immediately after the session I felt better due to now understanding where it all went wrong in my life. It has now been 3 months since my session with Helen and I am now more conscious of self talk and also have a more positive outlook on life. At that time I was looking for a job, and right after the session I had so many interviews lined up. I found a job I love and really enjoy going out and talking to people. This entire positive shift has happened in my life due to the session I had with her and listening to the meditation recording. Helen was calm, empathetic and understood my problem. I would highly recommend Helen and RTT to change your life to finding yourself again in this busy life we all get lost in. Thank you Helen for always following up and taking an interest in my life and helping me get back to my authentic self.

Fantastic experience: Hened - the physiotherapist - is seriously the best in town. She is able to identify the root cause of pains with ease and explains in a way that you know exactly what is going on with your body. She treats with dry needling (she has magic hands!) and explains thoroughly the exercises for strengthening or whatever the issue is. She truly cares about her patients and I always leave her table calm, confident and ultimately pain free. Thank you Hened!

Fantastic experience: A gem waiting to be discovered. I wonder why they don't have more space for the restaurant. The food is outstanding. Some of their mylks and kefirs are unique indeed.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely sanctuary in dubai! A wonderful space to decompress the mind and heal and strengthen the body and soul. The sauna is revolutionary, the staff are warm, friendly and organized and the cafe has my favorite coffee in the city. A great place to spend a few hours reading, writing, snacking on guilt free (and vegan) cookies and taking care of ones Heath and wellness. I wish this place existed in my neighborhood decades ago!

Fantastic experience: Confidence & Weight I have been one of Helen’s clients for over a year. I always enjoyed running and yoga, but I would sabotage myself by eating sugary treats every evening. A perpetual habit that saw the pounds creep on and my weight slowly ballooned. I felt strong and healthy, but my body told a different story. After each session with Helen I felt surprised by some of the things that I hadn’t given a second thought to since childhood, but safe to actually look at them and understand the impact they were having on my adult life. Helen, is an absolute professional , was gentle and supportive. She’s warm, kind and personable, and makes you feel totally at ease. Her soothing voice was the perfect way to end my busy day, when I’d listen to the recordings of our session. I’m delighted to say that I’m probably the only person who blossomed during lockdown. I exercised every day and feel so good for it. I’ve stopped the daily sugar treats, and my body and mind are so much better for it. I’ve lost 12kg since my session, and without sounding like a cliché, it wasn’t difficult. I wasn’t on a diet. I never felt like I was going without. I just didn’t feel like I needed to hit the treat drawer. My confidence has rocketed and people have commented on how well I look, but what I’m most grateful for is how I feel.

Fantastic experience: Very chilled place, positive energy all over this place, you feel relaxed just entering this place. I go there to use their infrared sauna which gets the stress off immediately and their prices are very reasonable and their staff are polite. You can even go there for a nice cup of coffee and chill with a book and get your mind off and simply just relax.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 RTT session with Helen for gaining confidence and abundance. Immediately after the session I felt much lighter and had a clearer vision of my purpose and who I want to become. It has now been 4 months since our session and I am now a new person - free from limiting believes, confident and abundant in all spheres of my life. I attract money and loving people and got rid of any burdens. Helen was very empathetic and immediately identified traumas and blockages from the past. It was such a liberating experience - I strongly recommend RTT sessions with Helen to every single person.

Fantastic experience: The Occupational Therapist Johanine Venter is an absolute GEM! I was not really clear how OT would benefit my son until i was introduced to Johanine. She broke everything down to us and explained how the issues he was experiencing in school were related to OT and sensory processes. A concise plan and thorough breakdown of his therapy pathway eased any concerns we had. The improvement that has been seen in both his school environment as well as his social life at home has been INCREDIBLE. Johanine, is compassionate, gentle and genuine. Her work speaks for itself and she works with integrity. She has her clients best interest at heart, which is very hard to find these days. She gets a 10/10 for her services and her dedication to her work. I HIGHLY recommend her work at the center.

Fantastic experience: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY: Johanine has been my son's occupational therapist since 2020. I approached her to help my son improve his gross and his fine motor skills, his problem solving and his social interaction. She did an extremely thorough assessment lasting several sessions before putting together a development program for him. She is patient, supportive and down-to-earth, and my son, who is normally very weary of strangers, warmed to her quickly. We can really see the change that Johanine's hard work and care have brought about in my son: he is more confident, has improved at school and has grown emotionally. I can recommend Johanine wholeheartedly!

He know what Pilates is not like other instructors , the breathing techniques and movements are very important in Pilates. Walked is an expert and I recommend that you give it a shot and try a session with him.

This peaceful place is an invitation for the well being. I was looking for a Pilate course and I finally founded a truly impressive master who listen first to my needs. Fantastic experience: I am so happy I joined The Hundred Wellness Center. From my first meeting with Walied he has been very encouraging of my efforts to improve my health. When I’ve slipped up with some food choices, he has never condemned but simply suggested alternatives that could have met my taste cravings with less sugar, or carbs. he has done additional research on my behalf and together we have explored recipe ideas, eating schedules that will meet my needs as a sugar addicted. I recommend his services highly for anyone who needs a startup toward making better food choices and help understanding why one choice may be better than another choice. When I started my first class with Walied I just wanted to be more flexible while walking and do the same movement as others were doing, after combining my food plan with my work outs it has done wonders for my mobility, flexibility and weight. I have never been a PILATES FAN but this place is very different and it is working for me. Big Thanks to the wonderful team over there.
