Negative experience: Gym is closed almost 2 months before and they is no update whether it is closed permanently or it will be reopen again.. no body care about the customer who pay gym fees subscription. Really very bad service

This uncertainty has left us completely in the dark. Clear information and regular updates are urgently needed to address customer concerns and clarify the next steps. Find us a solution or let's make a decision to go to the police station. I paid for 1 year. And I just used it for 2 months.

Negative experience: After pestering me non stop to join I agreed. I heard from another gym that this branch might close so I should be careful. I messaged the rep who told me for sure it qont close. Stupidly I didn't listen to the advice and I joined. After 2 days it was closed. How a big name like Golds gym can put their name to something like this?

Fantastic experience: For the price (very affordable!), this is a nice place to get a good workout in for yourself. All the equipment you could need is available as long as you know how to use it. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location and parking are convenient, and I don't feel harassed by members or staff. It's not perfect, it's not top-of-the-line, but it gets the job done. Personal training costs extra (as it would in other gyms). The Ladies Gym is considerably smaller (as expected in a mixed gym). Enter into a contract with this gym with appropriate expectations and you will not be disappointed. Take the time to visit the location, get a tour, and meet with a consultant (like Keem!).

Their trainers were very helpful as well and approached me while training to suggest exercises that would suit me and also explained how to use the machines without pushing me purchase PT sessions!!! Great value of membership for the service they provide

Positive experience: I really like the staff and the environment, but I think it could include more group classes at different times and purchase some very important equipments, such as the leg 45, leg 90 and the hip thrust machine.

Positive experience: Shu hada, the idea is to exercise in the morning before work and even better in ramadan when the works starts later, then you change the hours. Extend the hours by all means, but opening later is useless. Stick to the club hours

Positive experience: the gym is good as long as you know how to workout on your own and have a partner. Most of the trainers are good except a few who won't care for you much unless you pay for their service. They provide fresh towels, water, locker, shower, sauna facilities.

Positive experience: It has everything you need for a full body workout. Has showers and lockers just like all other branches of gold’s gym.
