Fantastic experience: Zaki at UFC MBZ is super helpful, always supportive, and very cooperative. He goes the extra mile to assist with whatever you need. Truly appreciate his positive attitude!

Negative experience: Very very bad experience with this gym . The whole staff is not professional and not polite . Not an ideal place to do gym here. I am repenting to take one year membership here. Its better to do work out in some other gym. I hope all others are more good and their staff knows how to talk the customers and members.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym Helpful Staff This is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air condition,good changing rooms with shower hot and cold, lots of equipment to let you workout any way you want to. The staff were great and the cleaning team was very well train. Also guys from the reception are very helpful with all question you need to know.

Negative experience: I've been a member of UFC for three years, but over the past year, it has become increasingly difficult to attend consistently. I have already submitted a formal complaint regarding the gym equipment, yet the issues persist. The treadmill gives electric shocks, and the stair machine randomly speeds up and slows down, making it unsafe. The yoga mats are worn out, dirty, and have an unpleasant odor. There are only two cable ropes available for around 30 people during peak hours, and just one foam bar for the entire gym. The treadmills are positioned directly in front of the mirrors, which is inconvenient. Additionally, essential equipment such as leg grips, stretch belts, and properly stored skipping ropes are missing—the skipping rope is simply thrown into an empty cardboard box. Most concerningly, there are no water dispensers, which is surprising since this is the first gym I’ve ever been to that lacks such a basic necessity. I am extremely disappointed with the current state of the gym and the decline in its quality. To be fair enough the coaches Ayman and Hamdi are very helpful and the Receptionist is very welcoming.

Negative experience: Some equipment are not working since 6 months! There are two air bikes and one of them is broken since August-July and the other’s console is not working. Please, stop responding with generic (we are apologizing,..) and fix the issue.

Negative experience: This is the Worse Gym ever have visited in Abu Dhabi in customer service and the manager she have no sportsmanship, I hope she Expel it

The staff are friendly and very helpful and the members focused on their training. Salute to the guys in the reception. There is monthly and annual pricing. Daily is a bit more expensive.

Fantastic experience: The trainers are very helpful and give proper instructions when needed, resulting in better performance and experience overall. The staff is always so energetic and amiable. I like the fact that the gym has allocated different spaces for different activities. To make things even better, they have set up a protein bar within gym premises, which is not so usual to see in an gym.

Positive experience: The gym is clean and well-maintained, which is a huge plus for me. The equipment is top-notch and there’s a wide variety to choose . Plus, they offer classes that cater to different fitness levels and interests, which keeps things exciting. A good GYM to recommend .

Positive experience: Really good gym ، but MUSIC is always loud, group training is boring circuit training that never changes , this is not the case in other UFC gym in UAE , where they have multiple group class with no music with amazing different coaches ( UFC silicon ) , TO BE HONEST THIS IS THE WORST GYM IN UFC GYMS Extra Note ; they have no respect for the prayer timing and will not lower the music unless someone complains. ( the song selection is random pop music tracks )

Fantastic experience: They come true with their slogan "Train differently in UFC gym", as the area is huge with a lot of good functional equipment. Their massive one villa, (GF, 1F to 2F) gym in MBZ is truly an awesome fitness playground. (Pics below are GF level, open area).

Positive experience: Overall a very welcoming place. I really enjoyed the boxing classes with Don however I recently found out that he will no longer be working at the gym. It's so sad to see him leave because his classes were super fun, he is so supportive and even though I'm not a gym person, his classes were the only thing that I looked forward to and what kept me fit. I really hope he comes back soon!

Fantastic experience: Was so excited to join the UFC gym and I have no regrets. Staff and coaches are so welcoming and accommodating and great at what they do. The gym hours are so convenient and there's so many different classes to choose from, and a weight room! It has everything all under one roof. Safe, secure and spacious parking and entrance specially for the gym!

Positive experience: This is aimed at the gym members who are able to use multiple branches, others may find wisdom as well though: - BRING YOUR OWN WATER. There are no drinking water facilities here. There’s an empty space for a shop “in the future. - The classes on the website and the app are not at all consistent with one another; sometimes the website schedule is followed, sometimes the app schedule is followed. Best to call in advance to check. - If you’ve been to a few other branches you might notice a difference here, a bit cramped but it’s not a big bother (imo) - Seriously, bring your own water, a big water bottle advised.

Fantastic experience: My review is about my timing which I go between 9 to 11, the gym is well equipped with great instructors 3 floors ground for CrossFit 1st floor mma and the second floor is the gym. You need to bring your towels is not required but it better for your cleanliness it’s mixed gym no women area if you want women area I guess it will be the rabdan gym. Tbh Every gym is crowded on peak times or hours.

Fantastic experience: Generally i like everything at the gym but my favourite trainer for kick boxing is Carl Booth.He is an inspiration for me. He always put extra efforts n go extra mile during the training.He is really a gem of a person.

Fantastic experience: I am really a fitness freak and I love going to gym always but most of the time I don’t get max exposure to all the equipments in other gyms but then I joined UFC. They have each and every equipments, you name it and they have it. Apart from that they have world class trainers with amazing classes. I never thought I would take all these classes as I am not a fan but these classes are really interesting and fun. From the time I have joined UFC since last year till now I can see huge changes in my fitness. I would say it’s worth each of my money spent. My favorite is PT and DUT from Ahmad Sabri as he is an amazing trainer. Hamdi, Mark and Hazel are very friendly and approachable. Hamdi was the first person I met when I joined UFC and he explained me everything so well and I was really impressed as he was very knowledgeable too. Mark is always helpful, whenever I had any issues he did solved all of them in no time. Alma, Mary and Lydia are always happily greeting everyone from the reception. Overall I am very impressed by all the staffs in UFC, MBZ.
