Negative experience: My personal experience with the personal trainer here was truly disappointing. I'm still waiting to get my money back. I paid a lot and hired a personal trainer who was always late, and sometimes didn’t even show up because he overslept. Other times, instead of training me one-on-one, he trained two or three people at once without asking, even though I paid a high price for private sessions. This was the worst experience of my life in a gym. I complained about these issues from the first month, and they never helped me—only offered solutions that didn’t work for me, like “come in the evening, there’s another trainer.” Using the excuse that my three-month membership had expired (even though we agreed from day one that it would last longer because I’d be out of the UAE for at least a month and a half during that period), they refused to refund the 800 AED worth of unused sessions. It’s shameful—taking money from clients who were mistreated and constantly dissatisfied. I’m still waiting for the 800 AED refund, two months later. Why should you care? I didn’t use those sessions. I didn’t take them. It’s disgraceful

Positive experience: Loving the changes at the gym—great new equipment and fresh paint! However, the lighting could be improved, especially for photos. The pink and blue lights don’t quite match and make it tricky to get good shots.

Negative experience: Lacks Ventilation The Gym is compact cramped and smells like rubber. The main issue is ventilation. There is no fresh air supply there. Ac units are fine but no functional fresh air or exhaust system.

Negative experience: Good gym, good atmosphere, and clean. All staff is good. But I don’t like one Syrian guy at night, coach Rashed. He talk arrogant, smell like cigarette, and have very bad manners. He shout at me and point finger like he own me or he pay me. His attitude very poor and not good. Sometimes I hear him shout and argue with another Arabic guy, they fight in reception area. This happen in evening and everyone in gym floor can hear it. This behavior not good and need to fix.

Fantastic experience: I've been at this gym for 5 months now and I can honestly say that I haven't had a better experience before this one. The gym is very spacious, the lighting is very ambient to feel hyped and most importantly, whoever has placed the machines and equipments knows what they're doing, each area is like one station for each body part. Always been greeted by welcoming faces of Margarit, Natalia and others. I'm definitely continuing at this gym for as long as I can.

Fantastic experience: With no prior knowledge of gymming I joined prime fitness and trained under Coach Mehdi. Unbelievable 2.5 months transformation with around 22 sessions. I feel confident with my posture, all the excess fats did shed from my waist. I followed his diet plan also which was very simple and I could cook at home. I can now continue to exercise on my own with more weights.

When it comes to equipment, Prime Fitness shines. There are two machines for most exercises, ensuring availability during peak hours. This thoughtful provision allows members to seamlessly integrate their preferred exercises into their fitness routines. Sanitization is a priority, with bottles conveniently placed throughout the gym for easy access. On the downside, the challenge lies in parking. Fantastic experience: Very Friendly gym and great environment to work out. Everyone who attends the gym is respectful and is there to get the work done. I started off going solo and eventually decided to enrol into the PT program they offer. Have since been training with Ahmed who is a great coach, supportive towards achieving your goals and a great motivator when things get tough to push through and level up. Everyone from front desk staff, coaches and management is professional and I can’t recommend the gym enough if you are living locally

Fantastic experience: This gym is where you go for one thing: TRAIN. The staff are really kind and helpful. They also offer Personal Training sessions. I am lucky to have met Coach Ahmad. A coach that has been in the profession for years with deep knowledge about training. More importantly, he genuinely cares about the commitment and progress of his clients and makes training fun along the way! I recommend having a few sessions with him and transforming your body. (I only go in the morning so not sure how crowded it gets in the afternoon)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for over 2 years. It has all the equipment required for a good workout. I train with Mr.Ahmed atleast 3-4 times a week. He pushes and motivates to ensure an intense, effective and enjoyable workout. Highly recommend taking sessions with him.

Fantastic experience: I started one month and a half ago. i lost 10% fat and i gained alot of muscles i know this is crazy and fast but i'm so happy with the results with my coach Elhami he really understood how to transform my body to what i really wanted without getting bored of the exercises and program that he planned for me. Fantastic experience: Best gym in the town Starting from the resiptionist (Rose) very kind and welcoming, to the manager (Captain Elhami) who has a good experience in how to provide a proper care to the costumers. In addition to the proffisional personal trainers who are very kind and well experienced in how to provide a good programs for working out according to ur body shape and ur sportive background ( Captain Mahdi, Rashad, and Muhammad ) They work as a team, always around taking care of the clients and correcting all the mistakes. The gym is always clean, Well equipped, well ventilated, without any bad odour like other gyms.

Positive experience: Cleaning is good, staff is friendly. But they will never do BMI, i had 3 and all are lost for 3 month’s contract. And this was the reason i cancelled my subscription. The trainers dont help you as they are very egotistical, the feelings you get will never let you approach them. Some old equipment and limited so you have to wait during rush hours.

Positive experience: So far the best place in JVC and Mohammed is one of the best trainer in house. I wanted to rate 5 but recently I had a conversations re my membership with Rose the receptionist, very rude and unprofessional over WhatsApp. Not sure why people even hiring such a people. To be honest I hate going back there but the rest of the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
