Fantastic experience: It’s one of the best gym in Dubai. But if you are visiting for the first time, you might get confused how to get there. So this gym is located top floor of shopping mall. When you see tim hortons coffee shop, you can take escalator or lift to go 2nd floor then you will see it. They have a lot of machines, very spaces in general and their shower is lovely as well. One thing between the machine, there’s not much gap but other than that it’s lovely. Thera boost as well inside gym and they give free towel.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for almost 3 yrs now jvc branch Getting busier by the day lol Would like few improvements like 1) asking members to put weights back after use 2) more space between machines and not cramped And removing few bit so frequently used ones 3) Reducing price for long term users to motivate them to stay 4) referral fees or discounts for users 5) pool and sauna hopefully Rest amazing work by team

Fantastic experience: Normally I am used to having males as my boxing coach. However since joining Wellfit, coach Dayanny ticks all of the boxes that I seek for as a boxing coach not only in the fitness aspect but also the psychological side. Not to mention that she is very honest and isn’t afraid to give constructive feedback when it comes to exposing flaws in sparring sessions which is right up my alley! Fun Fact: She is the first female boxing instructor I’ve had, I am very grateful that she is at Wellfit and I HIGHLY recommend her for both men and women who are looking to improve their boxing skills and fitness!

Fantastic experience: I love Wellfit everything is really perfect Especially Coach Dayanny, I don’t know how she made me fall in love with sit-ups She’s the best boxing coach. Don’t be fooled by her cute and innocent face once you step into her class, she’ll have you throwing punches, dodging like a pro, and feeling the burn in muscles you didn’t even know existed! She pushes you to your limits while making every session fun and motivating. If you want to level up your boxing skills, she’s the one to train with!

He has helped me improve my health, fitness, and strength by immeasurable amounts. He is always so positive and encouraging. Additionally, Saad is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in supporting my continued growth and improvement. He knows how to adjust workouts and exercises depending on where I am at on any particular day, and truly tailors each session to help me continue to progress. I have genuinely enjoyed each session with him and I’m excited to continue my sessions with him 3 times per week! The entire staff at wellfit jvc is friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: My experience started around January 2024, and I joined initially for 1 month then extended for 1 year, mainly due to the varied offering of almost unlimited classes a week (first come first served, max 10 bookings a week I think). Ella at sign up explained things clearly and went through the sign up process quickly despite the lengthy forms (digital). Melissa - on duty manager handled an issue I had with compassion and understanding, with a great outcome. Personal Trainer: Coach Carol was patient and attentive with me from the start. She listened to all my issues (of which there were many!) and has a wide repertoire of exercises for every muscle on the human body, and her nutrition advice was also invaluable. She is always smiling and seems to know everyone around, and I think she is a great asset to the team at Wellfit. I wish her well and predict a very bright future, whether she chooses to stay in Dubai or go further afield Stretching - Coach Polina knows what she is doing very well, and has one of the best group classes of all the ones I attended (I tried around 5 different activities in total), always speaking up clearly, with detailed instructions, and a good music playlist always helps! Fly Yoga - Coach Inessa is very good at Fly Yoga and is very careful with her students to ensure they learn something new while staying safe. Areas for improvement: - Fly yoga hardware and cloth - this has caused injury to many a student, and the gym claimed it would be replaced long ago, yet here we are a few weeks later, with no change. Please ask the fly yoga instructor to show you better alternatives! - Finish on the walls by the bathrooms/yoga studio are intentionally rough - I have no idea what the architect was thinking, but a smooth wall finish makes more sense in an area crowded with athletes bustling against each other wearing thin sports clothing, to avoid scratches and damage to skin and clothing. - General yoga studio arrangements - some classes allow 20 people to sign up, but there is barely enough room for 16-17 on the ground, maybe create a yoga mat outline on the floor for optimum placement so more people can fit easily. We often go up on the stage where the instructor is supposed to be, due to lack of space. In closing (I know you need to get to bed!) bear in mind the value for money is unbeatable considering the annual membership. If you pay annually and attend say 4 group classes a week, each class works out at 20 Dhs! Keep doing what you are doing well, even better! And please listen to your customers’ feedback (e.g. quiet hour in the gym for people who find the music too loud and not to their taste)

Fantastic experience: Great catchup with Wellfit PT Hamze who guided me for my overall body assessment and took me through all necessary information and action required to improve my body shape to achieve my goals. I have been attending group classes for couple of weeks and its an amazing experience while doing workout with great trainers and other class mates. Recommend if you want cool, calm and clean environment full with professional trainers.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Wellfit for over a year and it's great! When I signed up, Abraham gave my partner and I a tour of the place and was very informative and helpful. (Abraham is great) I decided to try out a jiu-jitsu class for fun and I've now been training for over a year with Gerson (the best professor) #TeamGersonCarvalho Jiu-jitsu is what I spend the majority of my time at gym doing 3-4 classes a week and I find that the price is very good considering I have access to a full gym as well a long with many other discounts. Everyone is friendly and says hello at the gym (even the big scary looking body builders). I'd love to see an expansion of the jiu-jitsu mats so we have more space to roll and could have more members join the BJJ community at wellfit.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my experience so far at the gym , parking, enough machines, classes available bookings and the people there are amazing, but couple of month through my membership I ve learnt that I can have my BMI measured , AI generated personalized workout programs according to my weight, goal and capability , personal trainer experience all included in my package (which is the very basic one). No complications, it’s all about fitness and most importantly the staff here is amazing, Hamza helped through everything step by step from day 1, he’s amazing, Rushil made my membership so smooth and Ndumiso classes’ energy is like no other , I recommend that gym because it is basically all the good things in my previous gyms, combined with solutions for my previous issues all under one payment no catch !

Fantastic experience: I have joined mid May and so far I have been coming to the gym for classes. The classes have a lot of variety, from martial arts, yoga, cardio, you name it! the class rooms are very clean, specious and gives you the motive to continuously train. The machines and equipments are excellent, there are a lot of them which you don’t have to wait for others to finish their sets before doings your! The staff are very friendly and supportive. Trainers are always there when you need them.

Honestly having been in Dubai for close to 10 years and having frequented many gyms around the world, I find this facility to be on top of my list of favourites. Great clean amenities, amazing helpful and highly skilled staff from reception down to sales. Not to mention the amazing cafe next door that does your food to the gram according to your preference. The equipment and spacing in the gym is superb and the lighting is natural with direct sunlight which highlights health and vitality in a facility that eminates if from within ...good job team!!!
