Negative experience: Why the water in the shower is so cold? I couldn't take proper shower as I was freezing, the AC was 18° I guess and the room temperature plus the cold water was very bad experience.

Fantastic experience: I really like going to Warehouse Gym at Springs Souq. However - if anyone from this gym is reading this review, this is a kind request if you could lower the volume of your music especially on days or timings when there arent any classes going on. Its so inconvenient to hear the loud blasting music in the gym. I feel like I’m damaging my ears as I also want to put on my own headphones and listen to my music. It also makes no sense as most people are with headphones listening to their own music as how it normally is when you workout. So I do not understand the need to play such loud blasting music. Ive never gone to any gym where they play such loud music in the common areas. I find this so inconvenient and it ruins my workout experience at times. The music is as loud as what it would sound like at a club or a bar.

Fantastic experience: To me there are no negatives about this gym. Plentiful equipment, not overcrowded, clean changing rooms and bathrooms, ample parking in the Springs souq basement (go towards Carrefour side). For Privilee members there is no additional complexities such as requirements to download (yet another) app, etc. access process is quite straightforward. This facility is definitely on my list to visit regularly. There is another Warehouse gym in this area which I will try as well.

Positive experience: I like this gym, the staff are friendly and the gym looks so stylish, its clean and nice.It is small but cozy. But there are few minuses I would love to share, may be it can help to improve quality of the gym or may be can help to make right desicion to those who is searching for the new place to exercise. 1. The biggest minus is teenagers who are occupaing gym whole evening just to socialise. It is peak evening hours from 5 -7:30 pm or earlier, because I come to gym at 5:15 nd if I have leg day I spend at the gym 1,5 h. I come they are there and I leave they are still there. 2. There is no proper Smith machine at athe Gym. One old school one. It is straight and you can't do many exercises. I cant do hip thrust there and many other exercises I did in my previous gym. Had to change my program. It is not begginer friendly.Plus one smith machine is always busy. 3. No water at the gym. Bring your own or buy. First gym in my life which is not providing water. 4.I dont like really crowded gyms, but I understand people mostly can exercise after work in the evening. So I tried to work out early morning at 6 am, but they have classes starting at 6 am every day whole morning with the capacity 36 people, which is overcrowded for this small area. So in the morning you can't use half of the strenght area and you have to stretch or warm up in the body building area there is no enough space sometimes. So if it is more a fitness club not a proper gym.

Positive experience: I like this gym a lot. It’s not crowded as the other branches. The only downside to it is the kids classes that they do in the main area of the gym. The sounds of shouting from the coaches and the kids is very annoying and distracting plus they take a big section of the space where adults usually exercise. They should do these classes inside a closed room

Fantastic experience: Very nice and clean gym Specially Coach "Becca" is a professional, super friendly and lovely person who gives her lessons of Abs in an amazing motivating way. Full of energy and enthousiasm. She is always making sure that all the participants are making the exercises the right way and are enjoying the session.

Fantastic experience: This is my go to gym in the area. Not too big, not too small, well equipped and most importantly a very healthy crowd. You don't see a lot of testosterone floating around, people are friendly, the place is well kept and clean and the staff is really friendly. The only caveat is tht when there are group classes you lose half of the strength stations and eventually no bars are left depending on the program they have, but is just a minor annoyance in my case.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience in the Gym. I am impressed by the approach of Dr. Khalil Shah. He has been very attentive. He set a target. Explained in detail how it will work - to reach the target. He motivates - all day through, morning to the night, checking all the aspect, following up on what I ate, how much cardio I managed to do during the day. At the sessions he monitors the client conditions, does all the alterations required to make sure the exercise is for good, not harming the body. He is not just a personal trainer - he is a GREAT TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST. I am enjoying all the way though working with him. Thank you!!

It was bit difficult to find for me, but it’s on the second floor of the Springs Mall and then you need to go up another escalators by the right side of the mall and you can reach it. The staff is super nice, there’s a little cafe if you need something to fuel up and amazing facilities! The interiors are super stylish and with really modern equipment and the changing rooms are incredibly clean. Really impressed, I want to try some classes as I only did weights and treadmill training when I was there

Absolutely all machines available that you require for a good workout, plus boxing and stretching area and enough space for a warmup available. I enjoyed it here as it’s very convenient as well for the restaurants and market in the Spring souk. They have all the protein and work area too. Overall, amazing experience.

I usually go for the circuit training with our instructor Puggy (who is absolutely great, by the way), but I also love to SM do solo workouts in the gym and use their facilities. It’s also located in a central location and surrounded by many good cafes and restaurants with easy parking. Super highly recommended!

Been coming here for awhile and this is my go to gym. The gym gets cleaned often and equipment is also clean. Great gym I really do suggest coming to this gym as it’s not too busy all the time which allows you to get your workout done.

Fantastic experience: I recently took a cycle class at WHgym and it was amazing! The instructor was energetic and motivating from start to finish. The class was well-organized and included a variety of drills, including sprints, climbs, and intervals, which kept me engaged and challenged throughout the entire workout. The music was perfectly synced with the drills, making the class feel more like a party than a workout. The instructor also made sure to check on everyone's form and encouraged us to push ourselves without overdoing it.
