Fantastic experience: The coaches are very attentive and friendly. I’ve tried other F45 locations but this one is so far my favorite. Also the location is excellent as I can do some grocery shopping after class :) Also there’s always parking spaces underground which is a huge plus too.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of F45 Springs Souk for nearly two years and I absolutely love their classes. The workout covers cardio and resistance training with a huge option of timings. However what really makes this gym stand out is the coaching team. So friendly, welcome and attentive. The atmosphere is fun, the music is good and although often when I arrive unmotivated I always leave feeling energised.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love being a member at F45 Springs Souk! Having been a member at other F45's in Dubai, I can honestly say I am so much more comfortable at this studio. Every single trainer is so personable and they genuinely care about you. I've just given birth to my first child and after a long time of very limited exercise, I was super anxious to return, these guys tailored the exercises specifically for me, constantly guiding and motivating me, knowing full well were my individual goals were. They always checked in with me not only at classes but over the phone too. Thank you for making every single class a pleasure and not a chore! Legends!

Fantastic experience: F45 has allowed me to move at my own pace to build confidence in my workouts. The classes are extremely enjoyable and every session feels like a surprise so you’re never bored! The trainers are friendly and motivating and I love how flexible it is with the online booking system. It has been such an amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: The community at F45 is so important to keep you motivated, especially when you first start! The workouts are so intense & fast paced, it was nice to see they weren’t like any other gym that did “group classes”, this was the real deal! I remember coming in during my initial days feeling like I could never finish any session without taking additional breaks in between or that I would never be strong enough to lift anything heavy. The coaches & friends I made along the way really helped me push me & I’m now able to do two sessions per day if I wanted & lift more than I ever could. The coaches at F45 Spring Souk are truly amazing! They make sure to know everything about each & everyone of us that come in & find ways to push or help us achieve our goals. My past injuries always made me feel like lifting heavy was never an option but the coaches have always gone the extra mile to ensure I’m able to do so without causing any sort of injury or discomfort. Spring Souk, by a long shot, is my favorite F45 studio in Dubai & I’ve been to many others!

Fantastic experience: I started F45 2 weeks ago and I love it. The trainers are fantastic and always correcting your form and motivating you. The classes are challenging but, yet go by so fast. It is my 10th class and I can't wait for the challenge!

Fantastic experience: So I'm not a gym person. I don't care to go in and sit on machines wondering if I'm doing it right or wrong but F45 is soooo different!!! It's fast past, hight intensity 45 min workouts with groups of people. The trainers are AMAZING!!! They make sure your motivated and doing it right.

Positive experience: I'm still forming my final opinion, but so far it's quite good... The coaches are very nice, and the workouts are well thought out.. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars yet is the promise of 'customized experience based on my goals & injuries, etc' that I don't see how it can materialize with only 2 coaches for 20+ people in the session... I'll update my review after a few more sessions..

Fantastic experience: It is one of the smartest regimes as per my view. All anyone has to do is reach the place as per your liking of day, time and what you get is before you realize you have already done your workout/ healthy self time. A must try for anyone who is thinking what exercise, how, where and when.
