Fantastic experience: Been to many gyms in Dubai and I can say this is one of the most solid gym I’ve been in Dubai. ✔️ Has all necessary equipment ✔️ staff are friendly and welcoming ✔️ facilities are excellently managed Parking is free with valet and even though JVC area and the hotel can be busy, the systems here work efficiently well. Will continue working out here while in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym based in JVC. I train there with the instabody personal trainers and absolutely love it! The offer amazing PT was well as immaculate facilities, free valet parking, sauna and steam, booty room and high end equipment, all and more with great value memberships too. Highly recommend Daniel and his amazing team at Instabody. A well run gym with a great atmosphere and excellent staff, I wouldn’t train anywhere else in Dubai! Karen

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience, professional trainers, it is a medium size gym but with all the equipment you need. Customer service is excellent and changing/shower facilities are top notch. Valet parking included! Would def recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with good facilities (one of the very few gyms in JVC with Sauna and Steam), it’s always clean, the staff are friendly, and valet parking is convenient. One of the best gyms in JVC - not commercialized and is very comfortable for females to train. PT sessions are also very good and great value. I would recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for the last 6 months now and I wanted to commend the team and the gym itself as it is really is fantastic. The team are amazing, helpful and friendly. I have been trained by Ibrahim & Adam. Ibrahim is pretty chill and great in terms of power workouts and muscle building. I can see how my body is getting in shape even within such a small time span of one month. He definitely has his own techniques that help and he will tailor the workout to fit your needs. Adam is crazy, he has this great way of motivating you to your full potential, his energy is great and he spreads good vibes all around him! and he will motivate you and knows how to push you to the max until you complete your workout. he is fantastic in strength and cross fit training. he will definitely drain the excess water from your body with his intense workouts, and he knows how to build up your stamina and endurance. Kristine is lovely, friendly, helpful and welcomes you to the gym with a great beautiful smile. Elca is hilarious and her energy is so uplifting, she spreads phenomenal vibes and she is very helpful and welcoming to everyone comes to the gym. Clark & Phey are also great and very helpful to all the gym Members. As for the gym it is well maintained and has high quality facilities that they keep upgrading with new equipment. In conclusion the team is outstanding, gym is great & their offers are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Hidden gem. Fantastic gym with great variety of equipment. Good opening and closing hours. Also happy that equipment is cleaned and sanitized. Classes are also very good. Well worth visiting. Membership prices are awesome compared to some other places .

Positive experience: Nice gym but the opening and closing hrs are not convenient at all.I think 10am is too early for a gym to close because obviously people go to gym after day jobs.And 6pm Fridays!! Reall???

Fantastic experience: Nice gym. The boxing trainer was nice. Was a good workout. Valet parking is available. Lighting is a bit dim. Would have greatly preferred to end the session with 5-7 mins of deep guided stretching as I was super toght the next day

Fantastic experience: Dubai’s best gym and fitness studio. Amazing instructors, premier facilities and a wide variety of classes offered. Helpful and cheery staff, and great steam room to relax in after training! Strongly recommend the personal training and boxing classes

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym and Dan and Ian are amazing. The gym itself has awesome equipment and is a really comfortable space to train in. I train with Dan and have seen such great results and i also hired Dan and Ian to do virtual workouts for my team 3 times a week, and can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym in a convenient location. The gym is very well equipped and expertly run by a very experienced gym owner and personal trainer. There is a great friendly team of PTs to meet anyones training goals as well as plenty of classes. Price is very competitive and a big highlight is the Fit3D body scanner which provides a benchmark and the ability to track against your fitness and weight loss goals.

Fantastic experience: Huge gym and great trainers - especially Dan! Lovely guy and really knows his stuff. The body scan is a must-do - it's great to see the before and after in terms of body fat, muscle etc. They also do a great stretch session after each work out and have a special hypervoltic massage machine that really reduces muscle tenderness...
